    Abstract: A file cannot be opened in a position other than a specified position in a way such that position information is obtained from a GPS device and filtered according to an encryption level. Data is encrypted by using the filtered position information as a key. A header and a digest are created, and their data are saved. To open the file encrypted by using the position information, it must be decrypted by using position information which is specified when the file is saved, whereby the file cannot be specified in a location other than the specified location.
