  • Publication number: 20190164355
Abstract: When a fee setting server acquires end-of-utilization information from a vehicle, the fee setting server requests the vehicle to shoot an image serving as in-vehicle image data (information of the number of occupants). When the fee setting server acquires the in-vehicle image data from the vehicle, the fee setting server specifies the number of riding occupants from the acquired in-vehicle image data, and sets the number of occupants. In a case where the set number of occupants is large, the fee setting server sets a utilization fee for car sharing to be lower than that in a case where the number of occupants is small.

  • Publication number: 20190160959
Abstract: Upon receiving a scheduled departure time of a vehicle, the fee setting apparatus determines a time slot containing the utilization start time of the vehicle. The fee setting apparatus sets a power unit price for the current utilization of the vehicle based on a power unit price list and a time slot containing the utilization start time of the vehicle. In the power unit price list, the power unit price is registered in association with the unit price of commercial power which fluctuates in different time slots The fee setting apparatus calculates a consumed power amount due to the current utilization of the vehicle based on the SOC at the utilization start time of the vehicle and the SOC at the utilization end time. The fee setting apparatus sets a utilization fee based on the power unit price and the consumed power amount.

  • Publication number: 20190160960
Abstract: When a first electric vehicle is reserved, a fee setting device estimates an SOC of the first electric vehicle at the time of arrival at a destination as a first estimated SOC. When the fee setting device determines that the first estimated SOC is less than a predetermined value, the fee setting device sets a vehicle change station and presents it to a user. When the user changes the first electric vehicle to a second electric vehicle at the vehicle change station, the fee setting device applies a first vehicle change discount to a utilization fee for the second electric vehicle.

  • Publication number: 20190152329
Abstract: A management server sends information on a charging card ID of a vehicle that has been charged, position information on a charging equipment where the vehicle is charged, and information on a charged power amount to a fee setting server. The fee setting server identifies a user who has charged the vehicle at the charging equipment by using the information on the charging card ID. The fee setting server compares the position information of the charging equipment received from the management server with the position information of partner facilities stored in a storage device, and determines whether or not the charging equipment is provided by one of the partner facilities. When the charging equipment where the vehicle is charged is a partner facility, the fee setting server applies a partner discount to the EV car sharing fee.

  • Publication number: 20190156310
Abstract: A second user ID and a second password are transmitted from a fee setting server to a management server, and user authentication is performed in the management server. When user authentication is successful in the management server, application for utilization of an incorporation service is made from the fee setting server to the management server. When the application for utilization of the incorporation service is registered in the management server, a third user ID and a third password are set by the fee setting server. A user can utilize car sharing utilizing the incorporation service, using the third user ID and the third password, from the next time.

  • Publication number: 20190149621
Abstract: A car sharing system includes a first server configured to manage a first sharing service, a second server configured to manage a second sharing service, and a management server configured to manage virtual user IDs. When a user has performed utilization registration for the first sharing service only, the user makes, to the first server, utilization application for the second sharing service operated by another business operator, from a communication terminal. The first server which has received the utilization application transmits user information to the management server. When the management server receives the user information, the management server allocates the user information to a virtual user ID, and notifies the second server of allocation information. The second server provides the second sharing service using the virtual user ID to which the user information is allocated.

  • Publication number: 20190139160
Abstract: A fee setting device obtains reservation information from a management device, such as a scheduled departure time input by a user via a communication terminal in order to make a reservation of a vehicle and determines whether there is a recommended vehicle at the scheduled departure time. If there is a recommended vehicle the fee setting device recommends the vehicle via the communication terminal. If the user selects the recommended vehicle and the vehicle is returned with an SOC falling within a recommended range, the fee setting device sets a utilization fee of a lower price than a reference fee.

  • Publication number: 20190139106
Abstract: When a user who utilizes a gasoline-powered vehicle shifts to EV car sharing, and the user wishes to have applied a discount for shifting to EV car sharing, a fee setting device setting a car sharing fee requests the user to input a cost paid in the past to purchase gasoline. The fee setting device registers the cost paid to purchase gasoline, as input, and if the cost paid to purchase gasoline is a predetermined amount or more, the fee setting device selects a first discount and sets a basic fee. If the cost paid to purchase gasoline is less than the predetermined amount, the fee setting device selects a second discount and sets a basic fee.

  • Publication number: 20190139130
Abstract: When a process of returning a vehicle is performed, a fee setting device identifies a zone where the vehicle is returned, and calculates the identified zone's zone SOC. The fee setting device determines whether a discount for leveling is applicable. The fee setting device compares a zone SOC of a zone where a user rented a vehicle and a zone SOC of a zone where the user returned the vehicle. When the zone SOC of the zone where the user rented the vehicle is larger than the zone SOC of the zone where the user returned the vehicle, the discount for leveling is applied.

  • Patent number: 6531049
Abstract: An aqueous solution (20) of an alkali hydroxide is stored and held in a tank (1). An electrode (5) is disposed in the tank (1), and a member (11) coated with a Ti-derived film is disposed in the tank (1) so as to be surrounded with the electrode (5). In this state, a power source (6) applies a negative potential to the electrode (5) and a positive potential to the member (11) to flow electricity between the electrode (5) and the member (11) immersed in the aqueous solution (20). Thus, the Ti-derived film coated on the surface of the member (11) is chemically removed by the aqueous solution (20).
