  • Publication number: 20230353033
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a control device of a multi-phase DC/DC converter. The control device generates an error signal between a feedback voltage and a reference voltage according to an output voltage. For each channel, a detected current value of a target current is derived by A/D converting the target current flowing through a switching transistor during an ON period of the switching transistor. A PWM signal is generated based on the error signal and a current corresponding signal corresponding to the target current to drive the switching transistor. An average value of multiple detected current values corresponding to multiple channels is derived. The channel corresponding to the detected current value with largest difference from the average value is specified as a target channel. The value of the target current in the target channel approaches the average value. The PWM signal corresponding to the target channel can be generated.

  • Patent number: 7825070
Abstract: A novel method for two-dimensionally arraying ferritin on a substrate is provided which obviates the need for a metal ion that permits linking between adjacent two ferritin particles. In a method of two-dimensionally arraying ferritin on a substrate, the surface of the substrate is hydrophilic, and the method includes the steps of: developing a solution containing a solvent and the ferritin on the substrate; and removing the solvent from the solution developed on the substrate, while the ferritin has an amino acid sequence set out in SEQ ID NO: 1 modified at its N-terminus.

  • Publication number: 20080161205
Abstract: The present invention provides a novel method of two-dimensionally arraying ferritin on a substrate, which obviates the need for a metal ion for achieving linking between two adjacent ferritin. The present invention provides a method of two-dimensionally arraying ferritin on a substrate, wherein the ferritin has an amino acid sequence set out in SEQ ID NO: 1 on the outer peripheral surface; the surface of the substrate is hydrophilic; and the method includes a development step of developing a solution that contains a solvent, the ferritin, and 2 mM to 100 mM ammonium acetate on the substrate, and a removal step of removing the solvent from the solution developed on the substrate.
