Abstract: Knowledge automation techniques may include receiving a request for determining a representative image for a knowledge unit and determining a set of one or more images associated with the knowledge unit. The techniques may include providing the set of one or more images to a user on a client device and receiving user input indicative of a selection of a first image from the set of one or more images. Based on the first image, a thumbnail image for the knowledge unit can be generated. The techniques may further include associating the thumbnail image with the knowledge unit and displaying the thumbnail image to the user via the client device. In some embodiments, the techniques include generating a thumbnail image for a knowledge pack, wherein the knowledge pack comprises one or more knowledge units.

For each of the identified key terms, a frequency of occurrence of the key term in the corresponding data file, and locations of the key term in the corresponding data file can be determined. A plurality of knowledge units can be generated from the data files based on the determined frequencies of occurrence and the determined locations of the key terms.

The first area may display a plurality of knowledge unit icons, each knowledge unit icon in the first plurality of knowledge unit icons corresponding to a knowledge unit. The techniques may include detecting selection of a first knowledge unit icon displayed in the first area and placement of the selected first knowledge icon in the second area to add a first knowledge unit corresponding to the first knowledge icon to a target knowledge pack for one or more target knowledge consumers, and in response to detecting the placement of the first knowledge unit icon in the second area, displaying, in the third area, a list of one or more suggested knowledge consumers for the target knowledge pack.

Abstract: Knowledge automation techniques may include techniques may include monitoring search queries for content in one or more data stores performed by a plurality of users, and identifying, based on the search queries, a set of one or more search terms. A frequency count for each search term based on a number of occurrence of the search term in the search queries can be determined, and search results corresponding to the search queries can be analyzed. The techniques may include determining, based on the frequency count of each search term and the user responses to the search results, a knowledge gap indicating a lack of content associated with a particular search term in the one or more data stores. The techniques may also include identifying a content source to fill the knowledge gap.

Abstract: Knowledge automation techniques may include receiving a selection of a knowledge unit from a plurality of knowledge units for addition into a target knowledge pack, and computing, for each remaining knowledge unit in the plurality of knowledge units, a knowledge unit distance metric between the selected knowledge unit and the remaining knowledge unit. Based on the knowledge unit distance metric, a set of one or more relevant knowledge units can be determined. For each relevant knowledge unit, one or more knowledge packs from a set of published knowledge packs that the relevant knowledge unit is part of can be identified. One or more suggested knowledge consumers for the target knowledge pack can be determined from the knowledge consumers of the identified knowledge packs.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a data recovery method comprising: A. receiving a data type of data which is selected by a user to be recovered; B. detecting a first capacity of data having the same data type on a server side, detecting a second residual capacity of a local storage of a mobile terminal, and comparing the first capacity with the second capacity, wherein if the first capacity is greater than the second capacity, the recovery process is interrupted, and if the first capacity is not greater than the second capacity, step C is performed; and C. downloading the data to be recovered from the server side to mobile terminal for recovery, and displaying a recovery result after the recovery is completed.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a data backup method, comprising: A. receiving a data type of data which is selected by a user to be backed up; B. calculating a first capacity of data having the same data type, detecting a residual user second capacity on a server side, and comparing the first capacity with the second capacity, wherein if the first capacity is greater than the second capacity, the backup process is interrupted, and if the first capacity is not greater than the second capacity, step C is performed; and C. encrypting and uploading the data to be backed up to a database on the server side for backup, and displaying a backup result after the backup is completed. With the present disclosure, important data can be directly backed up by the mobile terminal to the server side, thereby not only occupying less local storage space of the mobile terminal, but also better protecting the important data from being lost, which greatly meets users' requirements for security.

The method includes: the master system device (1) synchronizing a local time according to a Universal Time Coordinated (UTC) time normally received from a Global Positioning System (GPS) satellite and a network clock aligned with the UTC time, and regularly broadcasting the local time to each network node which serves as the slave system device (31, 32, 33) and needs to perform time synchronization; and the slave system device (31, 32, 33) synchronously updating the local time according to the received local time of the maser system device (1) and a local network clock aligned with the network clock of the maser system device (1).

Abstract: A test apparatus for testing quality of serial interface communication between two CPUs of a dual-mode handset includes a processor module and a switch module. The processor module includes two serial ports, each serial port includes an output connector and an input connector, and the two input connectors respectively connected to the two CPUs.
