Publication number: 20230147368Abstract: A filling method includes storing liquid in a liquid tank; pressing a seal member of a filling head against a mouth of a vessel to seal the mouth; providing a liquid valve in a liquid passageway which connects an inside of the liquid tank to the vessel via the filling head; providing a gas valve in a gas passageway connecting a headspace of the liquid tank to the vessel via the filling head; providing a snifting valve in a snifting passage which connects the vessel to an outside via the filling head; detecting an amount of the liquid supplied to the vessel; and when the liquid is a non-fizzy liquid, opening the liquid valve to supply the liquid to the vessel while a compressor pressurizes the inside of the liquid tank, the gas valve is closed, the snifting valve is opened, and the mouth of the vessel is sealed.Type: ApplicationFiled: January 5, 2023Publication date: May 11, 2023Applicant: SHIBUYA CORPORATIONInventors: Yukinobu NISHINO, Taro KITAYAMA, Shinya KAMORI, Mizuho KIBA, Yuichi YONEMURA

Publication number: 20210253411Abstract: A filling system includes a liquid tank for storing liquid; a compressor for pressurizing the inside of the liquid tank; a filling head having a seal member adapted to be pressed against a mouth of a vessel and filling the liquid to the vessel through a liquid passageway while the mouth of the vessel is sealed by the seal member; a liquid valve provided in the liquid passageway; a gas passageway connecting a headspace of the liquid tank to the vessel; a gas valve provided in the gas passageway; a snifting passage connecting the vessel to the outside; and a flowmeter for detecting the amount of liquid supplied to the vessel. When the liquid is a non-fizzy liquid, the liquid valve is opened while the liquid tank is pressurized, the gas valve is closed and the snifting valve is opened.Type: ApplicationFiled: February 17, 2021Publication date: August 19, 2021Applicant: SHIBUYA CORPORATIONInventors: Yukinobu NISHINO, Taro KITAYAMA, Shinya KAMORI, Mizuho KIBA, Yuichi YONEMURA

Patent number: 11008204Abstract: A filling valve for filling liquid into a bottle is provided that comprises a nozzle having an outlet on its bottom end and a seat on its interior surface, a stem arranged inside the nozzle and having a plug provided on its outer periphery, a helical vane provided on the outer periphery of the stem for inducing a spiral flow, and a bevel with expanding diameter in the downward direction is provided at the bottom end of the stem. The filling valve is closed when the stem descends and the plug makes contact with the seat. The filling valve is opened when the stem ascends and the plug separates from the seat. The bevel is extended below the outlet when the plug is opened. The liquid revolved via the helical vane and ejected from the outlet is spread by the bevel toward a bottle finish or neck.Type: GrantFiled: November 21, 2018Date of Patent: May 18, 2021Assignee: SHIBUYA CORPORATIONInventors: Yukinobu Nishino, Shinya Kamori, Shunya Ota, Yuichi Yonemura, Taro Kitayama, Katsunori Tanikawa

Patent number: 6817386Abstract: A liquid passage 4 for filling which communicates with a liquid supply piping 6 for filling is formed within a valve housing 2 and carries a filling nozzle 31 at its lower end. The liquid passage 4 is opened or closed by a liquid valve. A packing 38 which seals the mouth of a vessel B, a cylinder 42 which elevates the packing 38, a flow meter 33 which detects a filled content of the liquid which is filled into the vessel B, and an exhaust passage 44 formed in the valve housing 2 are provided. The exhaust passage 44 has an opening disposed toward the vessel which is disposed outside an opening of the filling nozzle 31, and the opening of the filling nozzle 31 is maintained above the elevation of the liquid level which is filled into the vessel B during the filling operation. The filling valve assures a sanitary excellence and is usable with vessels B of differing sizes and shapes.Type: GrantFiled: October 16, 2003Date of Patent: November 16, 2004Assignee: Shibuya Kogyo Co., Ltd.Inventors: Kenichi Tsukano, Katsunori Tanikawa, Taro Kitayama

Patent number: 5774792Abstract: This invention is intended to realize a high frequency switch with a low distortion characteristic. In an SPDT switch consisting of a plurality of FETs, the FET on the receiver side through which a received signal passes and the shunt FET on the transmitter side are each formed of series-connected FETs, and a capacitor is connected between the first gate and the source and between the second gate and the drain. An inductance is connected in parallel with a series connection of FETs. This easily realizes a high frequency switch having a low voltage and a low distortion characteristic. The 1 dB compression level, an index of input-output characteristic, can be improved more than 5 dB over the conventional SPDT switch at an input level.Type: GrantFiled: August 11, 1995Date of Patent: June 30, 1998Assignee: Hitachi, Ltd.Inventors: Satoshi Tanaka, Tatsuto Okamoto, Taro Kitayama, Masao Yamane
