On an upper surface of the circuit board, an insulation layer and a copper foil pattern are formed in order from a lower side. An insulation paper piece is disposed between the lower nut and the circuit board. The bolt is screwed into the lower nut in a state in which the bolt is inserted through the insulation paper piece, the circuit board, the insulation layer, the copper foil pattern, and the bus bar. A rotation-preventing part is further provided, the rotation-preventing part preventing the insulation paper piece from rotating due to torque generated during fastening of the bolt.

    Abstract: A capacitor body is laterally contained in a lower holder, to be then pressed by an upper holder. A lead wire is led from the capacitor body in an axial direction, and then, bent toward a wiring board, thereby forming a leg soldered to the wiring board. The lower holder includes a first holding portion extending outward and having a supporter disposed in a stationary state whereas the upper holder includes a second holding portion extending outward and having a bridge stretched between a pair of elastically deformable arms. The first and second holding portions are urged toward the capacitor body, and therefore, axially hold a part of the leg of the lead wire. This configuration can prevent any breakage of a soldered portion of the lead wire due to vibrations so as to enhance vibration resistance.

According to a structure of the capacitor, capacitor element (2) is enclosed in mechanical housing (3) having an opening sealed by terminal plate (4). Terminal slip (5), which includes rib (5b) to be coupled to one of the anode and the cathode of capacitor element (2) and terminal (5a), is insert-molded into terminal plate (4). The other of the anode and the cathode is coupled to an inner bottom face of metal housing (3). The one of the anode and the cathode is brought out through terminal (5a), and the other of the anode and the cathode is brought out through metal housing (3), thus a lower resistance is expected.
