  • Publication number: 20130216109
Abstract: A migratory ratio of a customer is obtained to support a marketing strategy related to attracting customers. A population extraction unit extracts the number of persons, in which a game of one of the models of currently-installed amusement machines is recorded, as the number of persons of a population from pieces of information included in a biological information database. A migratory ratio calculation result output unit calculates a ratio of the number of persons, who use a model except the models of the amusement machines in which the population is obtained in the currently-installed amusement machines in the pieces of information included in the biological information database, to the population as the migratory ratio. The present invention can be applied to an apparatus that analyzes a trend of customers.

  • Patent number: 8452915
Abstract: Without corresponding to different address spaces between an access device and a nonvolatile memory device, the access device designates a file ID to manage a data storing state only in a physical address space in the nonvolatile memory device. The access device sends the nonvolatile memory device a transfer rate through a transfer rate transmitting unit. A filling-up rate calculating unit calculates a filling-up rate of a physical block corresponding to an assurance speed required by the access device. A remaining amount corresponding to the transfer rate is sought by using the calculated filling-up rate and is transmitted to a remaining amount receiving unit of the access device.

  • Patent number: 8375160
Abstract: When a write command is issued, new data is written into a free physical block of a nonvolatile memory (110). Here, if data of the same logical block has been written already, the block is erased and a recording state is judged by a recording state judgment unit (126). A physical block is swapped according to the number of write processes performed. Thus, it is possible to effectively perform a swap without increasing the number of write processes in a particular area, thereby increasing the lifetime of a nonvolatile storage module.

  • Patent number: 8209504
Abstract: When an access device accesses a nonvolatile memory device, the nonvolatile memory device or the access device detects or calculates a temperature T of the nonvolatile memory device. A temperature-adaptive control part of the nonvolatile memory device controls an access rate to a nonvolatile memory on the basis of the temperature T. Accordingly, the control part controls the rate so that the temperature T of the nonvolatile memory devices cannot exceed a limit temperature Trisk. In this manner, a nonvolatile memory system can eliminate a risk of a burn when ejecting the semiconductor memory device and can read and write data at a high speed.

  • Patent number: 8166231
Abstract: The access device 100 designates a file ID without relating different address spaces of an access device 100 and a nonvolatile memory device 200 with each other and manages a data storing state only in a physical address space in the nonvolatile memory device 200. The access device 100 sends a transfer rate to the nonvolatile memory device 200 by using a transfer rate sending part 121. • Patent number: 8112575
Abstract: A file to be read or written is designated and accessed from an access device side to a nonvolatile memory device. In an initialization after start-up of the power source, an empty capacity detector detects empty capacity parameters of a nonvolatile memory with dividing the memory into a plurality of regions. An empty capacity parameter notification part notifies the access device of the empty capacity parameters in a stepwise fashion whenever the empty capacity detector detects an empty capacity. With this, at the time when the empty capacity becomes not less than a capacity required to write file data, the data can be written to the nonvolatile memory without waiting for completion of the initialization, resulting in improvement of a response in the recording.

  • Patent number: 7774508
Abstract: An electronic apparatus that transmits error information about setting of a block size to a host device includes an interface section that transmits and receives a command, a response and data to and from the host device. When the data is a predetermined length or more, the interface section executes multi-block transmission. Moreover, the electronic apparatus includes a data buffer, and a storage section that stores information about a block size. When the interface section receives a block size setting command transmitted from the host device and the block size is larger than a capacity of the data buffer, it transmits a response including error information about incapability of accepting the block size at the time which has a predetermined relation to the block size setting command.

  • Publication number: 20100199060
Abstract: An address management part 125 manages a nonvolatile memory 110 by dividing the memory into a region 110A and a region 110B. When recording plural pieces of contents as in a normal recording, a reading-writing controller 107 writes data to the region 110A in an alternate manner. Furthermore, when recording a piece of content (a presently watched TV program) in a FIFO manner as in a continuous recording, the reading-writing controller 107 writes data to the region 110B in a circular manner. In this manner, lives of a nonvolatile memory module, a memory controller of the nonvolatile memory module, and a whole nonvolatile memory system including an access module can be extended than ever.
