The oxide semiconductor film has a first peak of electron diffraction intensity with a full width at half maximum of greater than or equal to 0.4 nm?1 and less than or equal to 0.7 nm?1 in a region where a magnitude of a scattering vector is greater than or equal to 3.3 nm?1 and less than or equal to 4.1 nm?1. The oxide semiconductor film has a second peak of electron diffraction intensity with a full width at half maximum of greater than or equal to 0.45 nm?1 and less than or equal to 1.4 nm?1 in a region where a magnitude of a scattering vector is greater than or equal to 5.5 nm?1 and less than or equal to 7.1 nm?1.

Abstract: Disclosed is an organic/inorganic composite filler that contains: inorganic agglomerated particles comprising agglomerations of inorganic primary particles having a mean diameter between 10 and 1000 nm; an organic resin phase that covers the surface of each inorganic primary particle and binds the inorganic primary particles to each other; and intra-agglomerate voids, formed between the organic resin phase covering the surface of each inorganic primary particle, with a pore volume (here, “pore” refers to holes with diameters between 1 and 500 nm) between 0.01 and 0.30 cm3/g as measured by mercury intrusion porosimetry. Also disclosed is a method for manufacturing the above organic/inorganic composite filler.
Abstract: To provide a data processing system that includes a nonvolatile memory device capable of storing multilevel data and enables increasing storage capacity of a main memory device when the data processing system is activated. The data processing system includes an arithmetic processing device, a main memory device, and a nonvolatile memory device. The main memory device includes a volatile memory device, and the nonvolatile memory device is configured to store multilevel data in one memory cell. When the data processing system is deactivated, the nonvolatile memory device stores binary data, whereby the stored data can be held for a long time. Upon activation, the nonvolatile memory device stores multilevel data, whereby increasing storage capacity. When the storage capacity is increased, a free space is generated in the nonvolatile memory device, which can be used as a part of the main memory device of the data processing system.
Abstract: Provided is a structure of a transistor, which enables a so-called normally-off switching element, and a manufacturing method thereof. Provided is a structure of a semiconductor device which achieves high-speed response and high-speed operation by improving on characteristics of a transistor, and a manufacturing method thereof. Provided is a highly reliable semiconductor device. In the transistor in which a semiconductor layer, source and drain electrode layers, a gate insulating layer, and a gate electrode layer are stacked in that order. As the semiconductor layer, an oxide semiconductor layer which contains at least four kinds of elements of indium, gallium, zinc, and oxygen, and has a composition ratio (atomic percentage) of indium as twice or more as a composition ratio of gallium and a composition ratio of zinc, is used.

Abstract: A semiconductor device production system using a laser crystallization method is provided which can avoid forming grain boundaries in a channel formulation region of a TFT, thereby preventing grain boundaries rom lowering the mobility of the TFT greatly, from lowering ON current, and from increasing OFF current. Rectangular or stripe pattern depression and projection portions are formed on an insulating film. A semiconductor film is formed on the insulating film. The semiconductor film is irradiated with continuous wave laser light by running the laser light along the stripe pattern depression and projection portions of the insulating film or along the major or minor axis direction of the rectangle. Although continuous wave laser light is most preferred among laser light, it is also possible to use pulse oscillation laser light in irradiating the semiconductor film.
Abstract: A thermosetting silicone resin composition contains the following components (A-1) to (D): (A-1) an alkenyl group-containing linear organopolysiloxane; (A-2) a branched organopolysiloxane shown by (R13SiO1/2)a(R23SiO1/2)b(SiO4/2)c (1) ; (B-1) a branched organohydrogenpolysiloxane shown by (HR22SiO1/2)d(R23SiO1/2)e(SiO4/2)f (2) ; (B-2) a linear organohydrogenpolysiloxane shown by (R23SiO1/2)2(HR2SiO2/2)x(R22SiO2/2)y (3) ; (C) an adhesion aid which is an epoxy group-containing branched organopolysiloxane; and (D) a catalyst containing a combination of a zero-valent platinum complex with a divalent platinum complex and/or a tetravalent platinum complex. This provides a thermosetting silicone resin composition which causes little contamination at a gold pad portion and has excellent adhesiveness to a silver lead frame.

Abstract: Provided is a temperature control system applied to an apparatus for analyzing a sample using a pipette nozzle and a reaction container, including a pipette tip temperature controller that heats a pipette tip which is fitted on the pipette nozzle and aspirates or discharges liquid and a reaction container temperature controller that heats the reaction container. The pipette tip temperature controller heats, in a concentrated manner, at least a distal end portion of the pipette tip of the pipette nozzle located at a predetermined heating position with hot air emitted from a heat source and is configured such that a distal end is capable of arriving at the reaction container by lowering the pipette nozzle from the heating position.
Abstract: A projection system of the disclosure includes an apparatus unit and a controller. The apparatus unit includes a speaker section, a projector section, and an imaging section. The speaker section includes one or more speakers. The imaging section images a projection screen provided by the projector section. The controller controls a sound output state of the speaker on a basis of information indicating an installation state of the apparatus unit. The information is estimated on a basis of a captured image obtained by the imaging section.
