  • Patent number: 5700492
Abstract: A rotary-type tabletting machine with lubricant spraying means, wherein a turn table has plural penetrated holes comprising dies provided at fixed intervals in a ring-like arrangement, each hole is provided with a pair of punches above and under the hole, each pair of punches is rotated together with the turn table and execute piston operation so that tablets are continuously produced by compressing pharmaceutical material filled in the die. The rotary-type tabletting machine is provided with a spraying chamber with an upper open end for inserting an upper punch and enclosing the die when the turn table moves to a rotation position which is after a rotation position where a molded table is discharged and before a rotation position where pharmaceutical material is filled in the die. A spray connected with the spraying chamber sprays lubricant in the spraying chamber, and pulsating air generating means connected with the spraying chamber diffuses. The lubricant sprayed in the spraying chamber.

  • Patent number: 5525015
Abstract: A pneumatic transport system for powdered materials for quantifying and pneumatically transferring powdered materials. When materials are fed above an inclined guide plate in a material feeder with its bottom opening closed by a valve plug, a slide damper is slid to divide the materials in the feeder vertically. An open space is formed under the inclined guide plate so that the materials aren't damaged when the slide damper is moved. When the valve plug is retracted, the materials under the slide damper are fed into a transport plug housed in a plug setting portion. The transport plug is pneumatically transported into a material discharge port by compressed air supplied by an air supply. After the transportation is finished, the transport plug is returned into the plug setting portion.

  • Patent number: 5504972
Abstract: The present invention discloses a method and an apparatus for removing deposits from materials. By feeding unidirectional pulsating air pulsating while flowing in one direction, porous member (4), to materials (m) supplied from above the porous member (4) stretched laterally in a main body case (1A) of a removing apparatus main body (1), the deposits from the materials (m) are removed by the action of the unidirectional pulsating air. The apparatus comprises a removing apparatus main body (1) possessing a feed port (5) and a product outlet (11) disposed above a porous member (4) stretched laterally in a main body case (1A), and an air vibration generating device (30) for feeding unidirectional pulsating air pulsating while flowing in one direction, toward the porous member (4) from above the porous member (4).

  • Patent number: 5442826
Abstract: The invention disclosed a method for cleaning a pipe in the inside comprising steps of inserting a pig into a pipe, and reciprocally moving the pig thereafter by aerial vibration to clean the inside of pipe. An apparatus for cleaning a pipe in the inside comprises a pig removably inserted into a pipe from an end side thereof and a vibration generating source for transferring the pig in reciprocal motion by means of aerial motion to clean the inside of pipe.

  • Patent number: 5211514
Abstract: A transport plug for pneumatically transporting solid materials in a transport pipe by the use of a pressurized transport gas and a pneumatic transport method of solid materials employing the transport plug. The transport plug comprises two bodies consisting of a front body and a rear body defining a material storing space for storing solid materials between the two bodies, at least one supplementary body connected to the rear body, and flexible connecting means coupling said three bodies. A supplementary material storing space is defined between the supplementary body and the rear body. Solid materials are fed into the material storing space of the transport plug, transported through the transport pipe together with the transport plug, and received in a collector under gravitational fall.

  • Patent number: 5150990
Abstract: A high density pneumatic transport system of solid materials from an airtight transport tank through a transport pipe into a collector. In the airtight transport tank materials are successively fed into a charge tank by reciprocating a slide damper. Simultaneously materials stored in the charge tank are successively pushed out into the transport pipe by supplying pressurized gas intermittently and transported continuously at high density through a lower horizontal pipe and a vertical riser pipe, then transported in the form of a long column in an upper horizontal pipe at a very low speed by deceleration by a divergent means, and finally collected into a storage tank of the collector.
