Abstract: A method of manufacturing a meniscus lens includes providing an optical lens substrate having a non-planar deposition surface and depositing a resinous layer over the deposition surface to form the lens. Such a printed lens may have a radius of curvature of less than approximately 80 mm, sag of from approximately 2 mm to approximately 20 mm, a maximum thickness of less than approximately 40 mm, and a minimum thickness variation of at least approximately 2 mm.
