    Abstract: A liquid laundry detergent and pretreatment containing at least one enzyme that is activated upon dilution with water. Upon dilution, the detergent transforms from a watery liquid to a viscous gel. This gel is capable of remaining in place on the garment. The enzyme and surfactants in the formulation work to penetrate and loosen stains so that they are more easily and thoroughly removed during laundering.
