  • Publication number: 20230263110
Abstract: Turf management systems and methods to manage turf in a work region divided into a plurality of zones. Multiple sets of zone sensor data are associated with a different zone and monitored. A set of zone sensor data is provided as an input to a predictive turf model for each zone and an estimated turf condition is determined for each zone based on an output of the predictive turf model. Further, a recommended action (or no action) is generated based on the estimated turf condition. The recommended action (or no action) may be generated by a suggestion model. Either of the predictive turf model or the suggestion model can be updated based on measured/observed turf condition compared to desired turf condition.

  • Publication number: 20230146810
Abstract: An autonomous path treatment system and associated path treatment method uses a mobile path recording device having a locator, a processor and firmware to capture a sequence of coordinates and directions of travel of a path as the mobile device is moved along the path and generate a path program file. The system also has an autonomous path treatment robot having: a treatment mechanism for treating the path; a controller having a processor and memory storing firmware that when executed obeys steps of the path program file to control the motor and the treatment mechanism to treat the path; and a server configured to execute a path program to process the captured sequence of coordinates and directions into the path program file containing instructions for controlling the autonomous path treatment robot to treat the path based upon the coordinates.

  • Patent number: 8821280
Abstract: Dynamic game system and associated methods provide a three dimensional dynamic environment for a game or simulation. The dynamic game system includes a controller for generating a dynamic image for the dynamic environment and a flexible game board, in communication with the controller, for displaying the dynamic image. The game board is flexible and provides depth to the three dimensional environment. The controller automatically zooms the dynamic image in and out between detail levels of the game.

  • Patent number: 7194547
Abstract: A federated authentication service technology (10) for authenticating a subject (20) residing in a subject domain (12) on a network to a server application (38) residing in a server domain (18), wherein an authentication mechanism (32) residing in an authentication domain (16) affects the service provided by the server application (38). A client (22), which may be integrated non-human instances of the subject (20), authenticates the subject (20) and a protocol proxy (34) mediates with the authentication mechanism (32) to obtain a name assertion which the client can use to access the server application (38). When multiple authentication mechanisms (32) are available, an optional agent (24), mechanism resolution process (26) and mechanism repository (28), all residing in an agent domain (14), may be used to resolve to one suitable authentication mechanism (32).

  • Patent number: 5768503
Abstract: The authentication and security mechanism in a first program is used to access an application program which requires a different type of authentication and password. A server program runs in the same machine as the application program. The server program communicates with the first program and it is accessed and it authenticates the user utilizing the security and authentication mechanism of the first program. After the user ID of a user who desires access to the second program has been authenticated using the authentication mechanism of the first program, the server program (a) generates a temporary password for the authenticated user I.D.
