  • Publication number: 20200336394
Abstract: A system for troubleshooting network problems is disclosed. A model can use demographic information, network usage information, and network membership information to determine an importance of a problem. The importance of the problem for the user who reported the problem, a number of other users affected by the problem, and the importance of the problem to the other users can be used to determine a priority for resolving the problem. Before and after a work order is executed to resolve the problem, network metrics can be gathered, including aggregate network metrics, and automatically presented in various user interfaces. The analysis of the metrics can be used to update a database of which work orders are assigned in response to which problems.

  • Patent number: 10810624
Abstract: An advertising campaign may be carried out using moving outdoor advertising. Advertisers typically like to manage and track the success of their advertising campaigns. Aspects of the present application may be seen to assist with such management and tracking by providing impression analytics, location analytics, time analytics and frequency reports. Furthermore, aspects of the present application may be seen to provide an ability to augment a moving outdoor advertising campaign with a mobile device retargeting advertising campaign. Then, such metrics as return on investment, profit and gross profit may be tracked. In some aspects, Wi-Fi signals and Bluetooth signals may be collected from mobile devices that are in the range of a Moving Impression Analytics Tracking Device.

  • Patent number: 10809985
Abstract: A compiler can instrument a program during the front end of compilation to collect data about runtime behavior when the program is executed. Instrumentation can occur during source language processing rather than later in the compilation chain. The instrumentation can occur in between semantic analysis and code generation. The instrumentation can occur in an instrumenting rewriting phase. The instrumentation can occur in a first lowering phase in which high level constructs in a programming language are rewritten as lower level constructs in intermediate representation (IR). The compiler can inject the instrumentation code at particular points in the source code based on specified language constructs in the source program. The types of instrumentation injected can be extended by providing additional information to the compiler at compilation time, without the need to reprogram the compiler.

  • Publication number: 20200328694
Abstract: An improved AC power supply is described. The supply identifies the load through monitoring the current and voltage wave forms and phase relations with the AC Mains. The comparison is done in conditions where the power to the load is programmably varied through use of a control switch located in the line and neutral between the AC mains and the load. The program of controlling the switch is varied to optimize the ability to distinguish similar load types. The switch can be further used to control power to the load that varies according to a set of rules based upon the identity of the load. In a preferred embodiment, the design enables high efficiency with minimal components that may be fully integrated onto silicon.
