Generating automations can include displaying graphical objects corresponding to documents hosted by the content collaboration system at a navigation pane of the content collaboration system and determining a deviation metric using a hierarchical structure of the graphical objects and a reference structure. In response to the deviation metric satisfying a criteria, an automation rule for the change to the hierarchical structure of the displayed graphical objects can be displayed. The automation rule can include a reference between a graphical object of the displayed graphical objects and a root reference and a change to the reference between the graphical object and the root reference. Embodiments can also include executing the automation rule to update the hierarchical structure of the displayed graphical objects and update hierarchical structures of the one or more additional graphical objects hosted by the collaboration system.

The collaboration system can construct a first hierarchical document tree instance based on the first updated hierarchical relationship for displaying the graphical objects for the first user account and construct a second hierarchical document tree instance based on the second updated hierarchical relationship for displaying the graphical objects for a second user account.

Abstract: Methods, apparatuses, or computer program products are disclosed providing for the programmatic translation and ingestion of exported event data objects between an extrinsic event scheduling service and a collaborative documentation service via an extrinsic event consolidation system. The extrinsic event consolidation system provides for the generation of collaborative event documentation data structures based on exported event data objects comprising elements of an extrinsic event. The collaborative event documentation data structure may be used to generate exported event data objects to communicate elements of an extrinsic event to an extrinsic event scheduling service. Various processes are described for the translation of extrinsic event data objects between disparate services including multiple disparate extrinsic event scheduling services and disparate collaborative documentation services.

Abstract: An initial server responds to a request with a redirection object describing the a different server to which the request should be redirected, and providing additional information about authenticating to the other server. The redirection object includes a session check variable indicating whether a forms-based authentication process may need to be performed, a session URI through which the client may determine whether the client was previously authenticated to the other server, and optionally a forms URI through which the client may initiate a forms-based authentication process. If the session check variable indicates that the other server may require forms based authentication, and an authenticated session does not exist between the client and the other server, and the client has a forms URI for the other server, then the client opens a Web browser, and directs the Web browser to the forms URI to complete a forms-based authentication process.
