  • Publication number: 20240336345
Abstract: An airframe design may include a frame or assembly, and one or more components that may be removably attached to the frame. The frame may include struts, central bulkheads, a tail section, a plurality of wing sections, and motor mounts that are attached together. The one or more attachable components may include a forward fuselage, motors, propellers, motor pod fairings, stabilizer fins, and landing gear that are attached using fasteners. The frame may reduce the number of parts of the airframe design and may also reduce complexity, cost, and weight, while also increasing stiffness and strength. Further, the various attachable components may facilitate fabrication, assembly, and maintenance of an aerial vehicle having the airframe design.

  • Publication number: 20240329952
Abstract: Techniques for generating a workflow diagram automatically from code are described herein. The diagram can be generated in real-time with code changes or as a batch-processing operation to generate drawings as documentation. An extent delineator is identified in the source code. Based on the location of that extent delineator, a determination is made that multiple lines of the source code share a relationship with one another. An extent is formed by grouping those lines together. An AST, which is based on the code, is accessed. Multiple AST nodes are identified. These nodes correspond to the extent. A flowchart is generated based on (i) the AST, (ii) the source code, and (iii) the extent delineator. One of the flowchart nodes commonly represents the multiple AST nodes corresponding to the extent. This flowchart node is annotated with text that generally describes that node's logic.

  • Publication number: 20240325970
Abstract: Phase separator systems may include a condenser configured to receive humid air, the condenser configured to convert the humid air into a two-phase fluid having a gaseous portion and a liquid portion. A transition duct is arranged downstream from the condenser and configured to direct the two-phase fluid through a narrowing path defined by the transition duct. A separator is arranged downstream from the transition duct and configured to interact with the two-phase fluid that exits the transition duct and capture the liquid portion and permit the gaseous portion to bypass the separator and flow downstream therefrom as a reduced moisture content airflow. A condensate dispersion element is arranged between the condenser and the separator and includes a dispersion structure arranged to break up liquid droplets of the liquid portion of the two-phase fluid and direct said liquid droplets to the separator.

  • Publication number: 20240327278
Abstract: A method of strengthening glass articles includes introducing potassium ions to a surface region of the glass by an initial ion-exchange process, thermally treating the glass at a thermal treatment temperature and time sufficient to diffuse the potassium ions further into the glass to a depth of layer, and introducing a compressive stress of greater than 400 MPa at the surface through a final ion-exchange process. The final ion-exchange process may be conducted at a final ion-exchange temperature of no more than 450° C. The method of strengthening produces a glass article having a compressive stress of at least 400 MPa at the surface, a depth of compression of at least 30 ?m, and a central tension less than a threshold central tension above which flaws penetrating into the central region of the glass exhibit spontaneous self-propagation of the flaw front through and across the glass.

  • Patent number: 12088547
Abstract: Methods, systems, apparatuses, and computer-readable storage mediums are described for bridging brokers of messages from Internet of Things (IoT) devices. In an example system, a first message broker receives a message and an associated topic from an IoT device. A bridging coordinator accesses a topic-to-broker map that indicates, for a second broker, a list of topic filters for which the second message broker has at least one subscriber. The bridging coordinator determines whether the list of topics includes the associated topic. In response to a determination that the list of topic filters in the topic-to-broker map includes the associated topic, the bridging coordinator forward the message to the second message broker. In response to a determination that the list of topic filters does not include the associated topic, the bridging coordinator prevents forwarding of the message to the second message broker.
