Abstract: Methods are provided for treating or preventing human immunodeficiency virus-1 (HIV-1) or human immunodeficiency virus-2 (HIV-2) in a virologically suppressed patient in need thereof comprising switching the patient from an antiretroviral treatment regimen comprising at least three antiretroviral agents to a treatment regimen comprising only two antiretroviral agents. In one aspect the two treatment regimen consists of dolutegravir, rilpivirine and at least one pharmaceutically acceptable excipient, diluent or carrier. In another aspect of the invention, there is provided a multilayer tablet comprising dolutegravir or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and rilpivirine or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.

Abstract: A system and method is disclosed for performing diagnostics on patient devices (720). The patient devices (720) may include respiratory therapy devices that operate in accordance with instruction sets, such as software or firmware. A server (710) may maintain a database of diagnostic data (718) indicating faults in one or more of a plurality of patient devices (720). The server (710) may transmit this diagnostic data (718) to one or more computing devices (760), including identification of faults that have occurred. The server (710) may also transmit service data to the plurality of patient devices (720) in order to address the identified faults.

Auction System provides functionality that permits users to conduct auction transactions with various payment units, such as incentive points and credit points, as well as money. Points can be earned in a variety of ways and redeemed via online auctions. The Yahoo! Auction System includes a web server, a messaging server, a database server, and various databases including an account database for storing information about account balance, expiration date for each point or group of points, and redemption information. The Yahoo! Auction System provides different auction formats, such as Standard Auction, Dutch Auction, Progressive Auction, Buy-or-Bid Auction, and Declining Bid Auction. The Yahoo! Auction System reserves the bid amount associated any new valid bid in the bidder's account and unreserves those bid amounts that were previously reserved but are no longer the winning bid or otherwise displaced from the top bid positions.
