Abstract: A connector is provided to attach a supported member to a supporting member, with the supported member being in sloped and skewed relation to the supporting member. The connector has back members attached to side members. A seat member attaches to the side members through a hinged connection. The seat member interfaces with the bottom face of the supported member and can be disposed at a sloped angle. A pair of seat side members extend from the seat member.

In the retracted configuration, the expandable accessory box (10) may be used in connection with a first primary box (51) to accommodate both the base piece of equipment or base component, such as a portable computer for example, and a first volume (A) of accessories to be shipped together with the base component. The first primary box (51) snugly receives both the base component and the accessory box (10) in the retracted configuration. However, the accessory box (10) may be placed in the expanded configuration and used with a second, larger primary box (61) to contain both the base component, the first volume (A) of accessories, and an additional volume (E) of accessories. The second primary box (61) is sized to snugly receive the base component and the accessory box (10) in its expanded configuration.

Abstract: A shipping carton (10) is formed from a primary box (11) and an extension box (12) adapted to be joined together in a connected position. The primary box (11) may contain a base product while the extension box (12) provides room for optional items which may be purchased together with the base product. When joined together in the connected position, the combined boxes provide the unitary shipping carton (10) which accommodates both the base product and optional items. The extension box (12) includes at least two stabilizing tabs (16, 17). The stabilizing tabs (16, 17) extend from a connecting side (32) of the extension box (12) which is adapted to abut a side of the primary box (11) when the boxes are in the connected position. The stabilizing tabs (16, 17) function to stabilize the extension box (12) from lateral movement with respect to the primary box (11).
