The clip body has a first retention mechanism adapted to secure the clip body to the power distribution unit, and a second retention mechanism adapted to secure the clip body to the cable plug. A system having a power strip comprising a power outlet adapted to receive a plug of a power cord, and a plug retainer adapted to couple the plug to the power strip.
