  • Patent number: 10531677
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an ice cream machine having a filling zone and an emptying zone. The ice cream machine may include a rotatable unit, a mould for receiving ice cream, a stick providing arrangement, and a guiding structure arranged to prevent more than one stick from entering the groove of the mould from the stick providing arrangement. The stick providing arrangement is arranged such that a rotation of the rotatable unit causes the groove to match the position of the stick providing arrangement and thereby allow a single stick to enter the groove, wherein further rotation of the rotatable unit causes one of the sidewalls of the groove to bring the stick along the rotational movement of the rotatable unit.

  • Publication number: 20100132394
Abstract: A system for use in creating form-moulded items of edible ice from a mass of ice is provided, the system comprising mould boxes arranged in a circle, wherein a first opening is formed between two neighbouring mould boxes for extraction of one or more created items of edible ice from moulds formed between said two neighbouring mould boxes. An index control is arranged to move the first opening by performing an angular rotation of one of the mould boxes, so that it is moved into the first opening, thereby closing the same, while the neighbouring mould boxes with items of ice in the moulds there between are not moved. Thereby, a new opening for extraction of completed items of edible ice is formed. Thus, it is achieved that the mould boxes do not need to be movable with respect to each other during formation of the first opening.

  • Patent number: 6050065
Abstract: In a driving system for the cross closing jaw (16) of a continually operating flow packing machine it is customary that the drive motor (30) for the vertical movements of the jaw is mounted on the sledge (8) reciprocating the jaws along the conveying path. According to the invention, the motor (30) should not participate in these movements as it is mounted in a stationary manner for driving a longitudinally extending shaft (20) which cooperates with a driving bushing mounted on the sledge so as to be slidable along the shaft (20) and operating to control the said vertical movements.

  • Patent number: 5904027
Abstract: A flowpacking machine comprising a conveyor for bringing a row of products wrapped in a string casing into a closing station, in which an upper and a lower jaw (18,20) are reciprocated in counterphase to close and cut the string casing between the products. The jaws should meet at a level corresponding to half the height (h) of the products, whereby some adjustment is required for each new product height. The disclosed machine is characteristic in that one of the jaws (20) is height adjustable mounted on the vertical rod member (34) which moves it up and down, whereby the adjustments are particularly easy to carry out. They can even be controlled automatically by a reading in of the new product height. When the rod member is a tooth rod a very safe holding of the adjustable jaw is achieved.
