    Abstract: A motor has a two rotors which are independently operated using a single inverter and without being supplied with a complex current. Further the motor is capable of shifting a rotation direction of each of two rotors by performing a magnetizing operation one time and reversing polarities of the shifting magnets when a mode of the motor is shifted from a synchronous mode in which the first rotor and the second rotor rotate in the same direction to a counter mode in which the first rotor and the second rotor rotate in opposite directions, and shifting the mode of the motor to the counter mode while the magnetizing operation is performed one time times and relative positions of the first rotor and the second rotor are changed when the first rotor and the second rotor inertially rotate in the synchronous mode.

The present invention provides a hot forging die comprising a Ni-based alloy for hot die comprising, in mass %, W: 7.0 to 15.0%, Mo: 2.5 to 11.0%, Al: 5.0 to 7.5%, Cr: 0.5 to 7.5%, and the balance of Ni with inevitable impurities, wherein at least 80% of a surface area of the Ni-based alloy for hot die is covered with an aluminum oxide layer. In addition to the composition, the Ni-based alloy for hot die may further comprise 7.0% or less of Ta and may further comprise one or two or more elements selected from Zr: 0.5% or less, Hf: 0.5% or less, rare-earth elements: 0.2% or less, Y: 0.2% or less, and Mg: 0.03% or less.

The Ni-based alloy for hot forging die may have a 0.2% compressive proof strength of at least 500 MPa at a test temperature of 1000° C. and a strain rate of 10?3/sec.

    Abstract: It has been believed that promoting the assembly of polysomes composed of many ribosomes attached to mRNA is very effective for highly efficient protein synthesis. However, the mechanism for p180 protein's capability of promoting polysome formation has been yet to be elucidated. The inventors of the present application newly discovered SF3b4 protein as a protein that specifically interacts with the coiled-coil domain of p180 protein, a responsible region for its capability of promoting polysome formation, and which is capable of promoting mRNA localization to an endoplasmic reticulum (ER). The inventors also found that, in cells capable of highly expressing both p180 protein and a protein promoting mRNA localization to an endoplasmic reticulum (ER) (e.g., SF3b4 protein), the mRNA localization to the endoplasmic reticulum can be significantly elevated so that the secretory capacity in cultured cells can be enhanced.
