  • Publication number: 20220169480
Abstract: An elevator system includes a car that ascends and descends a hoist way, a power feeding device installed at a specific power feeding point of the hoist way, a power receiving device that receives power from the power feeding device when the car stops at the power feeding point, a battery that is charged by the received power, and an elevator control panel that controls ascent and descent of the car. When the remaining capacity of the battery is equal to or less than a predetermined capacity, the elevator control panel performs a rescue operation of a passenger in the car, and after the rescue operation, performs an automatic search operation of searching for a power feeding point where the power feeding device is installed according to the remaining capacity of the battery.

  • Publication number: 20210309491
Abstract: A method having a first step in which a radio signal transmitting unit transmits a radio signal carrying a piece of information corresponding to a first event which occurred to a signal comparison unit and, upon occurrence of the first event or a second event occurring simultaneously or virtually simultaneously with the first event, a wired signal transmitting unit transmits a wired signal carrying a piece of information corresponding to the first or second event to the signal comparison unit and a second step in which the signal comparison unit judges reliability of the radio signal based on the radio signal and the wired signal. In the second step, the signal comparison unit judges reliability of the radio signal based on the pieces of information respectively carried by the radio signal and the wired signal and a temporal difference between reception timings of the radio signal and the wired signal.
