  • Patent number: 9060737
Abstract: An image showing the spatial distribution of the hardness of a tissue of an object to be examined from which the influence of the pressure amount is eliminated is displayed. From ultrasonic tomography data measured by pressing the tissue, a physical quantity relating to the distortion of the tissue at measurement points of the tissue is determined. An elasticity image of the tissue is created according to the physical quantity. The physical quantities at the measurement points are indexed by using the physical quantity in a reference region determined in the elasticity image as a reference, and an indexed elasticity image showing the distribution of the index value is created.

  • Publication number: 20080307176
Abstract: Pairs are formed from a plurality of dispersed volumes and copying between the volumes is conducted by a series of remote operations from a management server. A management server 10 instructs the generation of configuration setting files 23, 30 to host computers 20, 30 selected so as to form copy pairs. If the configuration setting files are generated by host agents 21, 31, the management server 10 instructs copy start to a host computer 20 having a primary volume. The host agent 21 generates a prescribed command via a copy pair control module 22 and causes a storage subsystem 40 to execute copying between the volumes. When copying is completed, the management server 10 acquires the newest storage configuration information from the storage subsystem 40 and updates configuration information DB12.

  • Publication number: 20030172069
Abstract: Access from a user to a plurality of disk units is managed by establishing a change authority over configuration information of logical volumes for each user ID at a management client and by storing the change authority as user information and access right information in an access management server. The access management server generates volume configuration information of a disk array unit based on the stored user information and access right information and then establishes the volume configuration information at the disk array unit.

  • Patent number: 6201490
Abstract: A D/A conversion apparatus includes a DSP which receives and converts input digital data with different conversion factors, to generate a plurality of digital data having different levels, selects one of the plurality of the generated digital data, depending upon the signal quality of the input digital data, while attenuating the other digital data to be lower than a predetermined noise level. A plurality of D/A converting devices convert the respective generated digital data into corresponding analog signals. A re-converting device converts the level of each of the analog signals into an original level, based on a corresponding one of the conversion factors with which the input digital data is converted by the DSP. An adding device adds the re-converted analog signals.

  • Patent number: 6104329
Abstract: A floating type analog-to-digital converter which is capable of converting an analog signal into a digital signal in a wide dynamic range, while exhibiting stable frequency characteristics due to the presence of symmetric pre-echo and post-echo in the impulse response waveform. An analog signal level adjusting device adjusts the level of an analog signal with different first gains, so as to generate a plurality of analog signals of different levels for analog-to-digital conversion. A plurality of analog-to-digital converters convert respective ones of the plurality of analog signals generated from the analog signal level adjusting device, into respective digital signals, and output the digital signals. A digital signal level adjusting device adjusts the levels of the digital signals with different second gains corresponding to respective inverses of the first gains, and generates the adjusted digital signals, which are then delayed and generated by a delay device.

  • Patent number: 5590033
Abstract: A power source apparatus comprises a DC power source, a switching element, and a controller for performing an ON/OFF operation of said switching element at a predetermined switching frequency. The power source apparatus chops an output from the DC power source to control a DC output to be supplied to a load, or temporarily converts the output from the DC power source into an AC voltage to transform the DC voltage and supplies the transformed voltage to said load. The controller includes an external clock input terminal and a sync circuit for causing the switching frequency to coincide with a frequency of a clock applied to said external clock input terminal or a frequency which is an integer multiple of the frequency of the clock.

  • Patent number: 5233993
Abstract: An ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus operates such that the ultrasonic beam transmission and reception is made in the same scanning direction twice at intervals shorter than the frame rate. A subtraction operation is performed between line data obtained by the successive transmissions and receptions. A subtraction image is formed by subtraction image data obtained by scanning in a plurality of scanning directions.
