  • Patent number: 7500337
Abstract: A medicine packing apparatus in which a packing sheet (7) can be printed with predetermined information by a printing device (5). In the apparatus medicine can be fed into the packing sheet (7) by a medicine feeder (2, 3), and the packing sheet (7) can be sealed by a sealing device (8) to pack the medicine in a single package. The sealing device (8) is provided with conveyance portion (39) for conveying the packing sheet (7). In the middle of a conveyance path from the printing device (5) to the sealing device (8), there are provided a moving mechanism (12) which comes into contact with the packing sheet (7) and moves so that the tension of the packing sheet (7) is held at a constant value, and a position detector (33) which detects a moved position of the moving mechanism (12). After the packing sheet (7) is conveyed by the conveyance portion (39) and the position detector (33) detects a predetermined moved position, printing by the printing device (5) is started.

  • Patent number: 6789696
Abstract: The present invention provides a multi-connected ampoules dispensing apparatus which is compact and have a high operation reliability. The dispensing portion 3 comprises a pair of rotors 8a, 8b each of which has a substantially C shape of cross section and is formed with a cutting edge 10 on one side edge. The rotors 8a, 8b are disposed in a vertical direction with a predetermined distance. The rotors 8a, 8b are synchronized to rotate from a receiving position to a cut-off position and return to the receiving position, whereby in the receiving position the rotors 8a, 8b can receive the first ampoule 4a and then cut off and dispense it. The second ampoule 4b adjacent to the first ampoule 4a is positioned in the waiting position by the positioning member 9 synchronized with the dispensing portion 3.

  • Patent number: 6789996
Abstract: A support member (7) is positioned at a lower part of a storage container (3). The support member (7) supports a second medicine container (10, 16, 17) placed on the lowermost medicine container so that the lowermost medicine container falls off by its own weight. The discharge member (8) discharges the medicine container which fell off from the support member (7). The collecting mechanism (24) conveys the medicines containers discharged from the discharge member (8) to one position.

  • Patent number: 6305526
Abstract: An ampule transfer device for receiving ampules from a first conveyor and transferring them to a second conveyor. The device includes a stocker that is vertically movably mounted and a guide that is pivotally mounted. The stocker has a base member, an end member and a lid plate for closing the opening between the base member and the end member. The lid plate is biassed to its closed position. When the lid plate is disengaged from the base member due to movement of the member, the lid plate is fully opened under the weight of ampules. As the end member is moved in an opening direction, the ampules are gradually discharged toward the second conveyor.

  • Patent number: 5485971
Abstract: This invention relates to locking means for a seat belt retractor equipped with an emergency lock which, in an emergency, locks the withdrawal of webbing. The locking means of the retractor includes a ratchet wheel (16) and a pawl (32). The pawl has two teeth, and the pawl and the ratchet wheel are positioned in such a way that when the load on the webbing is relatively small only one of the teeth of the pawl engages with a tooth of the ratchet wheel and there is a small gap between the other tooth of the pawl and the tooth of the ratchet wheel corresponding thereto. When the load on the webbing is relatively large both of the teeth of the pawl engage with teeth of the ratchet wheel. As a result, because the load on each tooth is half of what it is when the pawl has one tooth only, twice the torque can be withstood and the diameter of the ratchet wheel can be reduced.
