  • Publication number: 20180062297
Abstract: A pin terminal has a terminal body, a biting portion, and a blocking member. The terminal body is cut from a pre-plated metal wire rod, and passes through a terminal insertion hole in a state that a space is provided between inner wall surfaces of the terminal insertion hole in the first direction intersecting with a pressing direction when pressed into the terminal insertion hole. The biting portion projects from a middle of the terminal body in a second direction intersecting with both the pressing direction and the first direction, and bites into the inner wall surface when pressed into. The blocking member formed behind the biting portion in the pressing direction with a width wider than a width of the terminal body, and blocks at least a part of the space in the pressure inlet of the terminal insertion hole when pressed into.
