  • Patent number: 6434438
Abstract: With respect to a plurality of evaluation items for evaluating assemblability of an evaluation-target product, assemblability evaluation information as to the evaluation-target product is entered and an assemblability evaluation is performed based on the entered assemblability evaluation information. Simultaneously with the assemblability evaluation, a reverse-assemblability evaluation is performed based on reverse-assemblability evaluation information which is among the entered assemblability evaluation information and which is usable for evaluation items for performing the reverse-assemblability evaluation.

  • Patent number: 5105928
Abstract: A magnetic clutch has a driving-side rotating member for holding one of a magnetic substance member and a hysteresis member and rotating in asynchronization with a rotary shaft; a driven-side rotating member for holding the other of the magnetic substance member and the hysteresis member and rotating in synchronization with the shaft, the driven-side and driving-side rotating members being spaced apart on the shaft; and a device for regulating the rotation of the shaft with sliding friction caused by viscosity. Alternatively, the driving-side rotating member can rotate in synchronization with a rotary shaft, and the driven-side rotating member can rotate in asynchronization with the shaft.

  • Patent number: 4961802
Abstract: A lens array for reading information employed in a copying machine, a facsimile machine, etc. and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein a pillar lens is formed by cutting a spherical lens parallel to the direction of an optical axis, and a number of the pillar lenses are arranged in two layers, upper and lower layers and then fixed with a pair of frame members, thus effecting mass production of a very accurate lens array at a low cost.

  • Patent number: 4701810
Abstract: A facsimile apparatus using a continuous length of recording paper with its first surface for recording and its second surface for transmitting scripts. Received facsimile signals are recorded on the first surface through a recording section, and scripts which are to be transmitted are written on the second surface and read through a reading section. This arrangement needs only one paper feeding passage and enables the paper to be efficiently used, since a non-recording surface of the paper can be used as a surface on which scripts are written.

  • Patent number: 4627291
Abstract: A position sensing apparatus includes an ultrasonic wave transmit-receive element for transmitting and receiving ultrasonic waves to and from an object whose position is to be sensed and a manipulator for changing the relative positions between the object and the ultrasonic wave transmit-receive element, and a signal processor utilizing changes in the reflected signal intensity in the vicinity of the center of the object to be measured, thereby sensing the position of the object.
