A direction in which a portion which is a part of the flow passage and with which the nozzle is in communication extends is defined as a first direction. A direction in which the liquid is ejected from the nozzle and which is orthogonal to the first direction is defined as a second direction. A direction which is orthogonal to both the first direction and the second direction is defined as a third direction. Given this definition, the nozzle includes a first portion and a second portion, the second portion being located closer to the flow passage along the second direction than the first portion is. The cross-sectional area size of the first portion when viewed in the second direction is smaller than the cross-sectional area size of the second portion when viewed in the second direction.
