    Abstract: A column switching circuit that connects a bit line pair and sub-data buses is constituted of first through fourth N transistors. The first and third N transistors are connected in series to a first bit line of the bit line pair whereas the second and fourth N transistors are connected in series to the second bit line of the bit line pair. The gate of the first N transistor and the gate of the second N transistor are connected to commonly receive a column switch selection signal. The gate of the third N transistor and the gate of the fourth N transistor are commonly connected to a column line. By adopting this structure, the generation of a through current is prevented from occurring between the bit line pair and the sub-data buses to result in a reduction in power consumption and miniaturization of the chip is achieved.

More specifically, three pairs of assembly stations 11 are disposed in serial alignment and each assembly worker A-c is placed between his/her assembly station pair. Arranged on one side of the row of these three assembly station pairs is a guide line 2d. Station guide lines 12 respectively branch off from the guide line 2d so as to establish connections between the guide line 2d and the individual assembly stations 11. A carrier orientation reversing station 15 is connected to the guide line 2d located upstream of the upstreammost assembly station 11 so that carriers 51 enter ones of the assembly station pairs, in the reverse-orientation state.

Results of the fuzzy reasoning are monitored and compared with real data of a plurality of real test cases to evaluate the fuzzy knowledge. Superpositional display of real data on the membership functions of the "if . . ." part and reasoning results on the membership functions of the "then . . ." part indicates a relationship between the membership function and the real data.

In the mode I, angles representative of the satellite attitude are estimated by the estimating unit on the basis of a star sub-catalogue prepared by utilizing a priori information.
