  • Publication number: 20230249339
Abstract: A robot control system includes circuitry configured to: acquire velocity of a robot in a working space in which the robot processes a workpiece based on a force control axis and a position control axis, the velocity being along the force control axis; select an equivalent mass matrix representing a relationship between acceleration and force in the working space, based on the acquired velocity, from a first equivalent mass matrix corresponding to the velocity being zero and a second equivalent mass matrix corresponding to the velocity not being zero; and generate a control signal for controlling the robot based on the selected equivalent mass matrix.

  • Patent number: 9498945
Abstract: A component mounting line has a screen printing apparatus and component mounting apparatuses. Each component mounting apparatus includes a first substrate carrying lane and a second substrate carrying lane, carries a first type substrate on which a first pattern has been printed in the first substrate carrying lane, performs a component mounting-relevant operation on the first type substrate, carries a second type substrate on which a second pattern has been printed in the second substrate carrying lane, and performs a component mounting-relevant operation on the second type substrate. The screen printing apparatus selects a type of the substrate to be carried in depending on whether a substrate is carried in the second component mounting apparatus downstream from the screen printing apparatus.

  • Patent number: 9375915
Abstract: In a screen printing that shifts squeegees in a horizontal direction while abutting the squeegees against a mask, and slides the squeegees on the mask, and scrapes up the paste on the mask so that opening portions are filled with the paste to transfer the paste onto the substrate, a larger amount of paste Ps is supplied to regions in which the paste is scraped up by the end portions of the squeegee than a region in which the paste is scraped up by a center portion of the squeegee on the mask.

  • Publication number: 20160039443
Abstract: A conveyance cart having a drive source such as an engine or an electric motor has a complicated structure and is expensive. Using such a conveyance cart exclusively for carrying a generator is not economical. To solve the problem, a simple-structured, low-priced conveyance cart is provided. A walking conveyance cart has an electrically driven traveling part and a placement part for placing thereon a portable engine generator. The electric traveling part can be driven by the power outputted from the portable engine generator placed on the placement part.

  • Patent number: 9067406
Abstract: A pressing mechanism that presses a dam member 30 against a screen mask 12 has a guide shaft 32 that guides a direction of movement of the dam member 30 during pressing operation and a compression spring 33 that forces the dam member 30 in an axial direction of the guide shaft 32. A printing pressure value at which the dam member 30 is pressed against the screen mask 12 is made stable, to thus make stable an effect of preventing effluence of the paste to the outside of a print width on the screen mask 12.

  • Patent number: 9016197
Abstract: A light receiving section 27b receives a measurement beam, which is cast from a light projection section 27a and partially blocked by cream solder 19 scraped up by a squeegee 16, whereby a sensor 27 measures a one-dimensional size of a predetermined region of a cross sectional profile of the cream solder 19 as a cross sectional paste length and takes the cross sectional paste length as an index for an amount of residual cream solder 19. The amount of residual cream solder 19 can be numerically grasped at all times, so that versatility and accuracy in detecting the amount of residual cream solder 19 can be assured.

  • Patent number: 8999555
Abstract: A battery array is provided with a battery stack (5) having a plurality of rectangular battery cells (1) stacked together with intervening separators (2), endplates (3) disposed at the ends of the battery stack, and binding bars (4) extending in the battery cell stacking direction and attached to the endplates in a manner that binds both sides of the battery stack. The binding bars are configured as plates of given width extending along the battery stack surfaces. The binding bars and separators fit together in a linked configuration that limits their relative movement in the up-and-down direction.

  • Publication number: 20150075721
Abstract: A screen printer includes: a mask having a first area formed with a first pattern and a second area formed with a second pattern; and a print head which forms a past printing on a board and is movable on the mask. When a paste print is formed using the first pattern, the print head moves from a start position located between the first area and the second area to the first area and then returns to the start position. When a paste print is formed using the second pattern, the print head moves from the start position to the second area and then returns to the start position.

  • Patent number: 8950321
Abstract: At the two ends of a pair of clamping members (9a) which sandwich and clamp a board (10) from the Y direction, mask supporting members (9b) forming a rectangle frame are disposed, and a screen mask (12) is supported from below by the mask supporting members (9b) in a state that the board (10) abuts against the under surface of the screen mask (12). A downwards bending of the screen mask (12) can be prevented, and the time and labor of maintenance can be decreased by preventing the deposits of paste on the screen mask (12) that occur due to the bending.
