The screw member has six ribs received in the second recessed portions. Each of the ribs rests on one of the first arcuate faces.

The layer of paint is first coated on the handle by way of baked coating, and a portion of the layer of paint is removed by way of laser to form the at least one hollow portion. The layer of paint provides better grip feature and desired information of the hand tool.

A restriction ring is located in the reception hole and has a rod extending therefrom, the rod extends into the recess.
