  • Publication number: 20230258315
Abstract: The present invention provides a deep ultraviolet radiation apparatus that is safe and has a high bacteria eliminating effect. The ultraviolet radiation apparatus comprises an optical filter that prevents the transmission of ultraviolet light of 240 nm or more emitted from a phosphor, wherein the optical filter is arranged facing light emitting surfaces of a gas-discharging tube array-type surface-emitting ultraviolet light source device comprising phosphor layer having a broad emission spectrum with a wavelength width of at least 210 nm to 250 nm with a peak wavelength of 228 nm. Light irradiated from the light source device is incident on a filter membrane with an incident angle thereof being altered by a transparent substrate of the optical filter. An ozone generation space may be formed between the surface-emitting ultraviolet light source device and the optical filter.

  • Publication number: 20090179546
Abstract: A light emitting portion and an electrode board including electrodes for driving the light emitting portion for light emission are provided as separate members. This allows the light emitting portion to have a smaller thickness, and widens the choices of substrate materials for the electrode board. Therefore, a flexible material can be used for the electrode board, thereby imparting the display device with flexibility. Further, the light emitting portion and the electrode board can be separately produced, so that the degree of freedom is increased in the production of the display device. Therefore, the light emitting portion and the electrode board can be produced in different steps or in different production lines. Further, the light emitting portion, the electrode board and other components can be individually evaluated for quality, thereby reducing the production costs of the display device.

  • Patent number: 7083681
Abstract: A method for forming a coating film on an internal surface of an elongated tube, includes longitudinally holding the elongated tube, applying a coating solution to the internal surface of the elongated tube; and drying the coating solution while carrying out a heat process for sequentially heating the elongated tube by using a heat source. The heat process includes adjusting the descending rate of the heat source so that a through-hole in the elongated tube is clogged with the coating solution whose viscosity is reduced by heating of the heat source, and sucking the through-hole in the elongated tube from the lower side thereof so that a portion of the through-hole that is clogged with the coating solution moves downwards along the elongated tube.
