  • Publication number: 20210071365
Abstract: The present invention provides for manufacturing processes of structuring fabrics that contain a web contacting layer with seams that do not cause defects in the sheet that can result in sheet breaks during the paper machine process. Structuring fabrics with a web contacting layer that can have damaged sections replaced rather than replacing the entire structuring fabric, which is costly and time consuming, are also provided. Additionally, a process for manufacturing the web contacting layer by laying down polymers of specific material properties in an additive manner under computer control (3-D printing) is provided.

  • Patent number: 10914548
Abstract: A power system for a firearm includes a buffer tube adapter that attaches to a buffer tube of the firearm. A buttstock slidably engages with the buffer tube adapter along an axis, and the buttstock is adapted to adjust a length of the firearm. A power source is held by the buffer tube adapter and is at least partially covered by the buttstock. The power source is configured to power electronic accessories mounted to the firearm. The power system is mountable to the firearm without altering the buffer tube of the firearm.

  • Publication number: 20210032702
Abstract: Embodiments disclosed herein provide methods of using somatic mutations in mitochondrial genomes to retrospectively infer cell lineages in native contexts and to serve as genetic barcodes to measure clonal dynamics in complex cellular populations. Further, somatic mutations in mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) are tracked by single cell genomic approaches for simultaneous analysis of single cell lineage and state. Applicants further show that mitochondrial mutations can be readily detected with contemporary single cell transcriptomic and epigenomic technologies to concomitantly capture gene expression profiles and chromatin accessibility, respectively.

  • Patent number: 10868890
Abstract: A system and method for implementing the functions of a web-based 3D modeling system partially as a script interpretable by a client browser application and partially as a component executing on a server modeling engine. A client-side script component may execute lightweight modeling system commands while the server-side modeling engine may execute computationally expensive 3D modeling system commands. For example, the script component may be accessed by the client device upon visiting a web page of the modeling service hosted by the web server. The script may include Javascript® instructions for viewing a 3D model in a browser window without installing a browser plug-in or a standalone application on the client device. However, to edit the model, the script component may forward commands and requests to the server via the network and also receive modified model data from the server.

  • Publication number: 20200369447
Abstract: A direct-to-consumer heat shrunk bundled product made up of a plurality of paper product rolls each individually packaged by a first package material and arranged relative to one another so as to form a bundle, the bundle being packaged by a second package material, wherein a substantial portion of the inner surface of the second package material is in contact with the first package material of the plurality of paper product rolls and is nonstick relative to the first package material. The bundle includes fused end seals so that the bundle does not include open gussets that might otherwise catch on machinery during sorting and shipping. The packaging material and/or wrapper may include laser energy absorbing material or adhesive.
