    Abstract: A scooter has a load-carrying deck, a steering rod for steering a front wheel, two outriggers arranged on opposite sides to be pivotable between retracted stowed positions and extended support positions. Each outrigger has a wheel mounted movably on the outrigger to move between a stowed position and a ground-contacting support position. The outriggers when in their support position form a wider loading surface than the deck alone. A control arm is attached to the steering rod for movement between a folded/stowed position lying adjacent to the rod and an operating position extending forward from the steering rod. A sensor detects movement of at least a section of the control arm and, in response thereto, provides control inputs to an electric motor driving a rear wheel.

The mobile device receives user inputs on a display showing representations of the vehicle and its surrounding areas to generate the data. Another system include a feature where the mobile device determines whether the user is a first time user of a RePA application.     Abstract: A method of stopping and starting an engine of a vehicle having a manually operated clutch system including a clutch for driveably connecting the engine to a transmission includes controlling stopping and starting of the engine based on first and second clutch engagement thresholds selected based on whether the clutch is being engaged or disengaged. The first threshold corresponds to a more disengaged state of the clutch than the second threshold. The first threshold is used when the clutch is being disengaged to decide whether the engine can be shut down while the transmission remains in-gear. The second threshold is used when the clutch is being engaged to decide whether the engine can be started while the transmission remains in-gear. By using a less conservative threshold for starting the engine than stopping the engine, the number of inhibited restarts is reduced.

    Abstract: The invention relates to a method and device for changing from a coasting or free-rolling mode of a motor vehicle with an internal combustion engine and an automatic clutch, which is disengaged during the coasting or free-rolling mode, to a fuel cut-off mode, in which the clutch is engaged, wherein before engagement of the clutch the internal combustion engine is brought to a revolution rate at which the engagement of the clutch induces no or only small changes in revolution rate in the drive train, and whereby the fuel supply to the internal combustion engine is reduced following engagement of the clutch. Under one or more predetermined conditions the increase of the drag torque of the internal combustion engine acting on the motor vehicle during the changeover from coasting or free-rolling mode to fuel cut-off mode takes place so slowly that the change is not usually noticed by the driver.
