    Abstract: A transition apparatus for use with a medical device having an elongate element is disclosed. The apparatus may include a body defining a lumen for housing at least a portion of the elongate element. The body may have a proximal end configured for releasable connection to the medical device and a distal end. The apparatus may further include a connection piece connected to the distal end of the body. The connection piece may have a first opening configured to receive the elongate element from the lumen of the body and a second opening configured to receive the elongate element from the first opening and direct the elongate element toward the body. A method of connecting a transition apparatus to an ablation device having a leash is also disclosed.

A plurality of connection formations are disposed on an exterior surface of least one of the plurality of walls. Each of the plurality of connection formations is disposed at a different vertical position of the carrier. A device for epicardial ablation is also provided. The device includes a plurality of carriers disposed adjacent to each other. Each carrier includes a plurality of walls defining a receiving portion configured to receive at least a portion of an ablation element. A plurality of connection formations are disposed on an exterior surface of at least one of the plurality of walls of each carrier. Each of the plurality of connection formations is disposed at a different vertical position of a carrier.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a spring loaded attachment mechanism for attaching a camera to a camera support or base. In one embodiment, a camera attachment apparatus comprises an attachment socket connected to a camera, the attachment socket including an aperture extending in a longitudinal direction and a pair of cutouts disposed laterally on opposite sides of the attachment socket; a spring having a pair of spring arms disposed respectively at the pair of cutouts on opposite sides of the attachment socket; and an attachment pin including a post having a longitudinal axis and configured to be inserted into the aperture of the attachment socket along the longitudinal direction, the post including a pair of seats disposed on opposite sides of the post to receive the pair of spring arms of the spring via the pair of cutouts of the attachment socket.

    Abstract: A device to automatically dispense the proper amounts of dry baby formula and heated water to make liquid infant formula. The baby bottle is held in place in a pivoting transfer arm with a clip that fastens around the neck of the bottle. After the powdered formula is dispensed, the transfer arm swings the bottle to the water dispensing station. Water heated to the desired temperature is added to the bottle, and the formula is ready to be mixed and served.
