  • Patent number: 4055842
Abstract: A digital device for measuring single and multiple impact impulses comprises a unit for measuring the peak value of impact pulses, whose first input is connected to a unit for successive separation of impact pulse time intervals and a pause, whose first and second outputs are connected to the first and second inputs of a unit for separation of the first pulse and a group of further pulses from a train of high-frequency pulses filling the pause, whose third input is connected to the first output of the measuring unit. The second and third outputs of the measuring unit are connected to the first and second inputs of a unit for readout of information on single and multiple impact pulses, whose third input is connected to the first output of the unit for separation of the first pulse and to the second input of the measuring unit.

  • Patent number: 4030339
Abstract: An impact impulse measuring device comprises an acceleration transducer which converts the mechanical oscillations of the object being tested into electric signals which are applied to an amplifier unit which is electrically coupled to a means for measuring the parameters of an impact impulse via a means for automatically switching the range of measuring impact impulse parameters. The means for measuring parameters of an impact impulse includes a comparator connected to one of the inputs of a digital-analog converter and a reference voltage source connected to another input of the digital-analog converter, the digital-analog converter having its third input connected to a high-frequency pulse generator.

  • Patent number: 4023396
Abstract: An impact impulse measuring device comprises, in accordance with the invention, an acceleration pick-up which transforms a mechanical shock into electric signals and is connected via an amplification unit to a unit for measuring the peak value of an impact impulse. The impact impulse measuring device also includes a noise rejector comprising a counting decade connected to the output of the unit for measuring the peak value of an impact impulse, a commutator coupled to outputs of the decade, an AND NOT gate, a flip-flop and an AND gate. The outputs of the commutator are connected via the AND NOT gate to an adjusting input of the flip-flop and its output is coupled with the AND gate. Eight levels of noise protection can be set with the help of commutator contacts.

  • Patent number: 4004450
Abstract: A device for measuring impact pulses wherein an acceleration pickup converts the mechanical vibrations of an object into electric signals passing through an amplifier unit to a meter for measuring the parameters of the impact pulse. This meter comprises two null-indicators, one of which is connected electrically and directly with the amplifier unit while the other one is connected across a voltage divider connected to a source of a reference voltage, two pulse shapers connected to the null-indicators, two AND-NOT logical elements connected with the pulse shapers and a H.F. pulse generator. The meter comprises one more AND-NOT logical element connected with one of said AND-NOT logical elements and with the most significant and least significant decades, the least significant decade being connected with the other one of said AND-NOT logical elements.
