Abstract: A method of automatically providing personalized learning activities to users of an online learning platform is described. A quest is built based on an input of at least a first user's educational objective. The quest includes a primary quest that starts with a start node, ends with the end node, and includes a set of intermediate nodes, wherein each node of the primary quest must be traversed by the first user in order to complete the quest. The quest includes at least one secondary quest that starts with a node of the primary quest as its start node and includes a second set of intermediate nodes. As the user selects a node of the quest, educational activities related to its respective concept are presented to the user. The user's progress in the quest is tracked.

Abstract: A platform models and correlates physical activities based on users' interactions with a simple grip-metaphor design, enabling multi-dimensions actionable information to improve the health, performance and well-being of connected grip users within like-minded communities. For example, the platform captures multi-dimensional datasets generated from activities of each of a plurality of users on the online human internet of thing platform, where the activities include physical interactions with connected grips systems connected to the online human internet of thing platform. The platform then filters the captured multi-dimensional datasets into a plurality of categories and scores the filtered multi-dimensional data by the human internet of thing platform. Finally, the platform generates a multi-dimensional information modeling for each user based on the scored multi-dimensional data.

Abstract: An online education platform manages and integrates a number of education services for users of the platform, including job recall services. These job recall services include management and distribution of job recall materials that test whether job applicants have acquired desired knowledge or skills for a particular job opening or class of jobs. The job recall materials are uploaded to the education platform and mapped to one or more learning units. Each learning unit is associated with an educational course and includes a distinct concept in the associated course. Responsive to a user of the education platform completing the learning unit to which a job recall material is mapped, the job recall material is recommended to the user.

Abstract: A method, system, and computer-readable storage medium provide for managing stranded assets of a customer service call center. The system includes an interface component that identifies an opportunity event of an established customer service session initiated by a user that is in a waiting queue for a customer service representative. The system includes an ingestion component that ingests one or more characteristics of the opportunity event that characterize at least one of: (i) the identity of the user; (ii) subject of the established customer service session; and (iii) situational context of the user. The system includes a correlation component that correlates the one or more ingested characteristics and an estimated duration of the waiting queue with at least one transaction-related content item. The system includes a publishing component that publishes a selected transaction-related content item via the established customer service session to the user while in the waiting queue.

The systems and methods of the innovation can include a bot consumer that receives a first dialogue input from a user, the first dialogue input requesting a response and having an intent. A super-agent selects a worker thread from a pool of worker threads, wherein the worker thread is delegated a task to perform on the first dialogue input. A registrar determines a conversational agent to respond to the user based on the intent. The conversational agent retrieves data to facilitate a response to the first dialogue input and renders a response to the user based on the retrieved data. A registrar custodian can perform create, read, update, and delete operations on the information in the registrar.

Abstract: Techniques are described for executing a bot platform configured to track real-time status of payment transactions for a business. The techniques enable reconciliation of a specific transaction to its actual payment status on the business's designated bank account. The bot platform may be executed on one or more computing devices associated with the business or a third-party. In some examples, an order bot is instantiated on the bot platform for a specific transaction and communicates with other bots on the bot platform that track the status of the specific transaction through each of the constituent parts of the payment process (i.e., authentication, capture, settlement, and disbursement). These other bots may communicate with one or more credit card processors and/or one or more credit card companies to determine the status of the specific transaction. The order bot may capture and log this information and provide status updates to the business.

Abstract: Employers or recruiters populate an online database with job postings. The concepts that job applicants need to have learned to be successful applicants for a job are stated or inferred from the job posting and optionally resumes of others who have held that job. A student's own learning activities are logged by an online education platform. From a comparison between the student's completed learning units and a job posting's required learning units, a personalized learning unit gap can be identified for a student. The online education platform can then recommend how the student can fill the gap by undertaking the study of learning units on the education platform.
