Abstract: A device for application of hair formulation includes a body structure having one or more tines at a front end, wherein a tip of each tine includes a first and second opening, a nebulizer with an outlet connected to the first opening, a vacuum system with an inlet connected to the second opening, and a handle extending from the body structure at an obtuse angle with respect to the front end of the body structure.

Abstract: A seal indication mechanism for a container assembly having a container and a lid is provided. The seal indication mechanism has a portion on the container and a portion on the lid that interface to indicate to a user that a seal has been achieved between the container and the lid. The seal indication mechanism provides an audible, tactile and visual indication to the user that the lid and container are sealed. The seal indication mechanism functions to indicate a range of sealed relative positions between the container and the lid throughout the usable life of the container assembly.

Abstract: Waste disposal devices and methods are provided. The device includes a housing, a lid, a bucket frame, a pair of members, and a foot pedal. The foot pedal is operatively associated with the lid and the pair of members so that the lid is in the closed position and the pair of members is in the non-use position when the foot pedal is in the upper position. Further, the foot pedal is operatively associated with the lid and the pair of members so that the lid is in the open position and the pair of members is in the use position when the foot pedal is in the lower position.
