A user may capture an image of a document, such as a driver's license, and an image quality assessment engine may process the image using a pipeline of neural networks configured to provide interpretive and qualitative assessments. A second neural network may then determine image data quality for the fields in the image.

    Abstract: This disclosure relates to apparatuses and methods for providing and managing reception feedback for multicast and broadcast services (MBS). A base station (BS) may select and communicate, to a group of user equipment devices (UEs), configuration parameters for MBS communications, such as an indication of an MBS retransmission procedure for an MBS service. The BS may also transmit, to the group of UEs, an MBS data communication. A first UE may receive the MBS data communication, but may determine that the received MBS data communication is corrupted. The first UE may respond by transmitting, to the BS, a negative-acknowledgement (NACK) message. The BS may retransmit the MBS data communication either as an MBS transmission or as a unicast transmission, based on the configuration parameters. The first UE may monitor the appropriate resources to receive the retransmitted MBS data communication, based on the configuration parameters.

In the frequency support method, a state that can reflect a frequency modulation capability of a wind turbine is designed, measured, and recorded as a consistency factor of frequency modulation. Each wind turbine is controlled to exchange the consistency factors with two adjacent wind turbines. Each wind turbine combines its own consistency factors with the consistency factors of two adjacent wind turbines to generate consistent added power through a PI link and adjusts real-time frequency modulation output based on the consistency added power. In this way, the states of the wind turbines in the wind farm are similar during the frequency support process, so that a reasonable distribution of frequency support power is achieved.

    Abstract: A route planning method for large-scale capacitated arc routing problem is disclosed, belonging to the field of combinatorial optimization. The present disclosure firstly performs global optimization and proposes a low-cost decomposition optimization solution based on CARP, which pertinently preserves more excellent decompositions during iterations. And, the present disclosure is also applied to a local search stage, and proposes an improved route construction rule. In a process of route insertion, a problem of excessive useless cost caused by a vehicle with almost full load returning to a depot is considered. After improvement, local search can be carried out more effectively, thus further improving the solution quality. Compared with an existing route planning method, the present disclosure considers details and characteristics of CARP optimization problems in a more detailed manner, thus achieving solutions with a lower cost and improving the stability by about two to three times.
