    Abstract: A package structure includes a redistribution layer, a chip, an encapsulant, a plurality of under ball release layers, and a plurality of solder balls. The redistribution layer includes a first surface, a second surface opposite to the first surface, and a patterned circuit layer, wherein the patterned circuit layer includes a plurality of pads protruding from the first surface. The chip is disposed on the second surface and electrically connected to the patterned circuit layer. The encapsulant is disposed on the second surface and encapsulates the chip. The under ball release layers cover the pads respectively. The solder balls are disposed on the under ball release layers and electrically connected to the pads.

The reflective layer is disposed on the side surfaces. The ambient light entering via the second substrate is reflected by the reflective layer and exists via the opening.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a polymer stabilization alignment liquid crystal display panel having a plurality of pixel regions defined by plurals of data lines and gate lines. Each pixel region includes a main region and a sub region, and a first pixel electrode and a second pixel electrode correspond to the main region and the sub region respectively, wherein each of the data lines has a first width adjacent to the main display region and a second width adjacent to the sub display region, and the second width is larger than the first width. Each first pixel electrode is separated from the adjacent data line and thereby forming a gap therebetween. Each second pixel electrode partially overlaps the adjacent data line to form an overlap width. Accordingly, the present invention not only can increase the aperture ratio, but also well control the liquid crystal molecules located near the data lines.

The rectifier circuit is coupled to the resonant circuit and used to perform a rectifier process on the resonated AC signal. The piezoelectric unit is formed by a piezoelectric material. The magnet unit is coupled to the piezoelectric unit. The coil unit is evenly wound on the outer of the magnet unit. When a tip of the touch stylus is forced and generates a vibration, the piezoelectric material of the piezoelectric unit is deformed by force to generate a piezoelectric current. When the touch stylus is shaken, the coil unit and the magnet unit will generate relative movement to change the distance between them and the magnetic flux will be changed, the coil unit will generate an induced current.

A resistance of the changeable resistor is changed by the pressure, and an output voltage is generated in a voltage-dividing way. The output unit is coupled to the signal processing unit and used to output the output signal.
