    Abstract: Systems and methods of monitoring inventory of a product storage facility include an image capture device configured to move about the product storage areas of the product storage facility and capture images of the product storage areas from various angles. A computing device coupled to the image capture device obtains the images of the product storage areas captured by the image capture device and processes the obtained images of the product storage areas to detect individual products captured in the obtained images. Based on detection of the individual products captured in the images, the computing device analyzes each of the obtained images to detect one or more adjacent product storage structures (shelves, pallets, etc.) and identifies and selects a single image that fully shows a product storage structure of interest and fully shows each of the products stored on the product storage structure of interest.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses an auxiliary implantation device for a biosensor. The auxiliary implantation device for the biosensor includes an emitting tube assembly, a battery assembly, and an emitter assembly. The emitting tube assembly is configured to drive a slider to emit a sensor to a human body through an elastic force and pull back the slider through the elastic force to enable the slider to be rapidly separated from the sensor. The battery assembly is configured to secure the sensor and supply power to the whole device. The emitter assembly is assembled with the battery assembly and is electrically connected with the sensor. According to the present invention, the rapid implantation of the sensor and the automatic needle withdrawal may be realized, without an external force applied by a user. Therefore, the risk of needle withdrawal failure caused by misoperation is avoided.

The disclosed systems further generate a decomposed predicted traffic volume for the outage period. The disclosed systems also determine an internet traffic data loss for the outage period from the decomposed predicted traffic volume while calibrating for pattern changes and late data from previous periods.

A pea protein is subjected to enzymatic hydrolysis, and five polypeptides with muscle-building effect are obtained by separation as separate peptide fragments. In an in vitro aging skeletal muscle cell assay, changes are analyzed in a gene expression level of regulatory pathways related to skeletal muscle cell proliferation and differentiation, apoptosis and autophagy, and protein synthesis and degradation. In addition, animal experiments are conducted to study the muscle-building effect and a corresponding mechanism of the pea-derived peptide. This shows that the five polypeptide sequences have a significant muscle-building effect, usable as a polypeptide drug for the treatment of sarcopenia.
