    Abstract: The present application relates to a modified Prp43 helicase and use thereof. The Prp43 helicase has enhanced ATP hydrolytic or unwinding activity due to introduction of mutations and/or introduction of an auxiliary protein, and can remain binding to the target polynucleotide for a long period of time, thereby allowing the enzyme to control the rate of movement of the polynucleotide continuously and stably at a suitable rate required for sequencing. Thus, the modified or engineered Prp43 helicase mutant of the present application allows for the control of movement of a target polynucleotide in a more advantageous manner, which can be used for nanopore sequencing.

According to the present disclosure, the tubular material with bioactivity and excellent mechanical properties can be prepared from the synthetic polymer and the natural material extracellular matrix through compounding; the synthetic polymer fibers with controllable fiber angle and diameter serve as the internal skeleton of the tubular material, and accordingly the tubular material has the mechanical properties of resistance to bending and squeezing.

The magnet has a sintered neodymium-iron-boron magnet and an expandable coating coated on the surface of the sintered neodymium-iron-boron magnet. The sintered neodymium-iron-boron magnet coated with the expandable coating is used to replace a conventional assembly method of an epoxy resin adhesive coating magnet and potting resin glue, so that the magnet coated with the expandable coating may be inserted into a magnetic steel groove. The irreversible expansion of the coating itself is used to fix the magnet in the magnetic steel groove. Meanwhile, the use of the expandable coating shortens the assembly time of motors and improves the assembly accuracy of the motors.

Each bit in the first sequence data is the first value or the second value. One of the two target bits is located adjacent to the other one of the two target bits in the first sequence data. The two target bits and the non-target bit are located in the first sequence data. Accordingly, the error rate is decreased.
