    Abstract: An OLED packaging method and an OLED package structure are disclosed. The OLED packaging method combines a dam packaging technology and a thin film encapsulation technology. A dam is used to coffer an organic layer and limit a size thereof to ensure that each organic layer is completely covered an inorganic layer disposed thereon to improve a packaging effect. One mask can be used to produce multiple inorganic layers so an amount of masks is decreased to save costs. The OLED packaging structure combines a dam packaging structure and a thin film encapsulation structure.     Abstract: The invention provides a manufacturing method for flexible OLED, using a magnetic substrate as the carrier substrate to magnetically attract the flexible magnetic thin film to be fixed, and then forming a polymer thin film on the flexible magnetic film, forming an OLED device on the polymer thin film, and then encapsulating the OLED device to complete manufacturing the flexible OLED. The method is simple, and achieves lossless separation between the flexible magnetic thin film and the magnetic substrates by degaussing the magnetic substrate. Moreover, the flexible magnetic thin film is preferably a metal thin film able to cut off moisture to improve the stability of OLED devices, and by encapsulating OLED device to further enhance the reliability of the OLED device performance. The flexible OLED of the invention is easy to manufacture and achieves excellent performance.

    Abstract: A thin-film package structure and an OLED component are disclosed. The present disclosure aims to solve the technical problem of a low light-emitting efficiency of an OLED display device and a poor package effect in the prior art. The thin-film package structure includes at least two organic material film layers, and at least two inorganic material film layers. An organic material film layer and an inorganic material film layer are arranged in an alternate manner. The inorganic material film layer includes a magnetic material film layer and a non-magnetic material film layer. The OLED component packaged by the thin-film package structure includes a substrate, and an OLED component that is formed on the substrate. A magnetic field generated by the magnetic material in the thin-film layers can act on the OLED, and thus a light-emitting efficiency of the OLED display device can be improved.

    Abstract: An ultraviolet light sensing circuit and sensing system. The ultraviolet light sensing circuit comprises a modulation unit and a phase delay unit, wherein the modulation unit comprises a first stage of inverter which is used for sensing ultraviolet light and is used as a voltage feedback modulation stage; and the phase delay unit comprises N stages of inverters which are connected in sequence, where N is an even number which is greater than or equal to 2. The modulation unit is connected to the phase delay unit in sequence, and the output voltage of the phase delay unit is fed to the modulation unit; and the modulation unit is modulated by a control signal which is a pulse signal. The ultraviolet light sensing circuit and sensing system can be used for ultraviolet light information communications. The ultraviolet light sensing circuit can sense ultraviolet light signals and output amplitude modulation wave signals.

The method may include removing an aloe vera leaf from an aloe vera plant, washing and/or sanitizing the leaf, and grinding the leaf into a slurry and subsequently purifying with activated carbon. The method may remove pigmented substances including the undesirable phenolic compounds present in aloe vera latex, and in particular the anthrones aloin A and aloin B, aloesin (a chromone) and aloe-emodin (an anthraquinone). Following purification, the liquid juice may then be spray-dried to form a final dry juice powder.
