  • Publication number: 20130149733
Abstract: Use of low dose streptozocin in the preparation of an animal model for screening drugs for treatment of antoimmune type 1 diabetes is disclosed, in which streptozocin is administrated intravenously at a dose of 15-30 mg/kg per time for 5 days and administrated again on the 7th day and 14th day after last time of offering drug. A method for preparing rhesus monkey model of autoimmune type 1 diabetes and autoimmune type 1 diabetes animal model obtained are also disclosed.

  • Publication number: 20130085120
Abstract: Phosphate ester compound of hydroxy acid substituted phenyl ester, preparation method and medical use thereof are provided. The title compound is shown in formula (I), in which Y=C1-4 straight carbon chain, M1 and/or M2=H, alkali metal ion, protonated amine or protonated amino acid. The compound has good water solubility and high stability in its aqueous solution, and it can release 2,6-diisopropylphenol rapidly under the action of enzymes in vivo, which has the effects of sedation, hypnosis and/or anesthesia. By protecting hydroxyl of 2,6-diisopropylphenol in compound of formula (I), the first-pass metabolic activity of 2,6-diisopropylphenol is reduced, so that the synthetic compound can be used for sedation, hypnosis and/or anesthesia.

Abstract: Hydroxy acid compound of substituted phenyl ester, preparation method and medical use thereof are provided. The title compound is shown in formula (I), Y?C14 straight carbon chain. The compound can release 2,6-diisopropylphenol rapidly under the action of enzymes in vivo, which has sedative, hypnotic and/or anesthetic effect. By protecting the hydroxyl group of 2, 6-diisopropylphenol in compound of formula (I), the first-pass metabolic activity of 2, 6-diisopropylphenol is reduced, so that the synthetic compound can be used for sedation, hypnosis, and/or anesthesia.

  • Publication number: 20130044195
Abstract: A laser alignment device with at least one movable mirror, a laser-target alignment sensor with movable mirrors and a laser alignment method are disclosed. The laser alignment device with the movable mirror comprises an image acquisition means for collecting incident lasers, a moveable mirror for reflecting the lasers to the image acquisition means and is operable to move linearly with respect to the image acquisition means, and a lens for forming an image of a target in the image acquisition means. The present disclosure achieves linear motion of the movable mirror with high accuracy in a small range, which in turn achieves fast and accurate alignment of the laser. It solves the problem of laser spots overlapping, reduces alignment time and improves shooting accuracy.

  • Publication number: 20130028289
Abstract: A dispersion and loss spectrum auto-correction distributed optical fiber Raman temperature sensor has a dual fiber pulsed laser module with dual Raman wavelength shifts. The laser module is composed of a power supply (11), an electronic switch (12), a primary laser (13) and a secondary laser (14), a first combiner (15), a bidirectional coupler (16), a multimode fiber (17), an integrated optical fiber wavelength division multiplexer (18), a second combiner (19), a direct detection system (20), a signal collection and processing system (21) and a display (22). The sensor uses two light sources that have two Raman wavelength shifts, wherein the central wavelength of backward anti-Stokes Raman scattering peak of the primary light source coincides with that of the backward Stokes scattering peak centre wavelength of the secondary light source, and the time domain reflection signal of the one-way optical fiber Rayleigh scattering is deducted.

  • Publication number: 20110283838
Abstract: A process for separating Co from Ni in an aqueous solution comprises subjecting the solution to extraction and using kinetic differences between Ni and Co in the extraction for achieving at least a partial separation of Co from Ni. This is effected by controlling the duration of the extraction so that a major portion of Co and a minor portion of Ni is extracted from the solution to produce a loaded extractant, enriched in Co and depleted in Ni compared to the feed solution, and a Co-depleted raffinate containing Ni. In a further embodiment, the invention utilizes kinetic differences between Ni and Co during striping for effecting separation of Ni and Co. The loaded extractant can be subjected to a bulk stripping or a selective stripping operation to obtain Co and Ni solutions from which Ni and Co can be recovered. The process may be incorporated in a hydrometallurgical process for the extraction of Ni and/or Co from an ore or concentrate containing Ni and Co.
