Abstract: An Integrated Service System (ISS) providing infrastructure for employee empowerment and customer incentives. An employee assignment is the embodiment of the system using the system to provide specific employees with the allocation of Work Order assignments with a specific amount of points wherein the points have company value. Sponsor Company uses the entire system or part of the system to assign employees to the Work Order. The system provides employee empowerment, recognition, maximizes the productivity of human capital and capital assets which reduces company cost. It promotes employee advancement which the system empowers employee to acquire additional company skills through the system modules. It places responsibility of company resources on employees wherein utilization is measured by work order performance. Therefore good performance is a benefit and the benefits should reduce the company total cost of ownership in the workforce or specific work orders.
