    Abstract: Provided are a fluorescent particle and a method for manufacturing the same. The fluorescent particle may include a gold nanoparticle; a silica shell covering the gold nanoparticle; and lanthanide group complex particles dispersed in the silica shell. Each of the lanthanide group complex particles may include a lanthanide group ion; a ligand bonded to the lanthanide group ion and including phosphorus; and a ligand bonded to the lanthanide group ion and having a beta diketone functional group. The fluorescent particle is observable with the naked eye and may emit light when ultraviolet light is irradiated. The fluorescent particle may be used for detecting and analyzing biomaterial samples.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a solid electrolyte for a dye-sensitized solar cell, which includes a three-dimensional porous thin film made of a hydrophilic polymer material, and a dye-sensitized solar cell using the same. More particularly, the present invention provides a high-efficient dye-sensitized solar cell, in which polymer nanofibers having high specific surface area are used in an electrolyte layer to effectively induce an increase in photocurrent, thereby increasing the amount of electrolyte impregnated. When the porous film prepared by the method of the present invention is used as a solid electrolyte for a dye-sensitized solar cell, a process of forming an electrolyte inlet and sealing the inlet is not required, which simplifies the entire process, compared to an existing dye-sensitized solar cell using a liquid electrolyte.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a vacuum ring for removing bubbles of a laminated assembly and a method for bonding the laminated assembly using the same. The vacuum ring includes an indented portion receiving a laminated assembly to be sealed, and an inner space of the indented portion is in communication with a vacuum source to remove the bubbles. The vacuum ring also includes projection members that are projected inside on the bottom of the indented portion at positions where the projection members are spaced upward from a lower end of the indented portion to receive the laminated assembly, and the projections members are spaced downward from the upper end of the indented portion. Further, the laminated assembly is produced by using the vacuum ring to achieve effective exhaustion by using an aperture formed between side ends of the projection members and the bonding cover.

    Abstract: A megasonic cleaning method and a megasonic cleaning apparatus are provided. Microcavitation bubbles may be formed by applying an electromotive force to a cleaning solution using a megasonic energy in a separate room from an object to be cleaned. The microcavitation bubbles having a stable oscillation among the formed microcavitation bubbles may be moved to the object to be cleaned. A surface of the object to be cleaned may be cleaned using the microcavitation bubbles having the stable oscillation. Particles attached onto the surface of the object to be cleaned may be effectively removed while preventing pattern damage.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a solar cell for a vehicle which can be integrated with a vehicle-body.
