  • Publication number: 20090201219
Abstract: The present invention relates to an assembled structure of an antenna and a speaker built in a wireless communication terminal, and more particularly, to an antenna integrated with speaker in which an antenna and a speaker are integrated into a single module. The present invention provides an antenna integrated with speaker comprising: an antenna carrier including an upper frame and a lower frame which are coupled to each other, the upper frame having a radiator mounted thereon; and a speaker mounted at the antenna carrier, wherein the speaker is coupled to a mounting hole formed at the lower frame through a coupling means from the outside of the antenna carrier. It is possible to obtain an effect of minimizing defect and loss of a speaker which may occur during the assembly of the antenna to thereby maximize efficiency of production.

  • Publication number: 20090169792
Abstract: Disclosed are a display window in which a recess having a smooth surface is formed and method of producing the same. A recess having a smooth surface, which may look visually convex, is formed in the window of the present invention. Therefore, an external appearance of the window is beautiful. Furthermore, the recess and the through-hole are formed at a location in which the speaker is installed. Accordingly, a mobile phone assembly process can be simplified and become efficient. Meanwhile, in the method of producing the window according to the present invention, the recess is formed to have a circular bite. It is therefore possible to obtain a recess having a smooth surface. Furthermore, since the recess is processed during the plate process, a window having a high hardness, a good transparency, and a variety of shapes can be fabricated.

  • Publication number: 20090153424
Abstract: Disclosed herein is a dual-band antenna for a terminal for receiving VHF and UHF signals. A radiator of the dual-band antenna for a terminal for receiving VHF and UHF signals according to the present invention comprises a first patch bent at a part of a distal end thereof, and a second patch electrically connected to the first patch and formed in a spiral shape. A longitudinal portion of the second patch is constructed superposedly in a multi-structure in parallel with that of the first patch, so that the broadband of the VHF and UHF can be covered through an inverted L-shaped folded antenna structure.

  • Publication number: 20090153404
Abstract: A single-layer dual-band antenna with circular polarization is disclosed. The antenna includes a first radiator formed on the top surface of a substrate and electrically coupled to a feeding element, and a second radiator formed on the top surface of the substrate, spaced apart from the first radiator by a predetermined distance and electromagnetically coupled with the first radiator. The antenna is thin because it has a single-layer structure. Furthermore, there is no deterioration in the radiation characteristic due to interference between the radiators. Moreover, impedances of the radiators can be independently matched at their frequency bands by adjusting the position of a feed point and the relative position of the radiators.

  • Publication number: 20090033583
Abstract: Disclosed herein is a subminiature internal antenna, which exhibits a multi-band characteristic. The internal antenna includes a radiator electrically coupled at one end thereof to a feed element of a communication device and formed in a spiral shape as a whole. The radiator is disposed in such a manner as to extend at the other end thereof outwardly from the spiral shape. According to the present invention, the electromagnetic coupling is achieved in the radiator of the internal antenna and the other end of the radiator is disposed outwardly from the spiral shape so that the radiation interference is reduced to thereby obtain the multi-band characteristic.

  • Publication number: 20080311474
Abstract: Disclosed are a batter and a manufacturing method of the battery. The battery includes a first electrode, a second electrode, a first can electrically contacting the first electrode, a second can electrically contacting the second electrode, and a body. The first and second cans are fusion-bonded with the body to seal the battery. In addition, the manufacturing method includes the steps of fusion-bonding the first can with one end of the body and fusion-bonding the second can with the other end of the body. According to the invention, deformation by can-crimping does not occur. An efficient method of manufacturing a battery is provided, which can be applied to a polygonal button cell battery, in addition to a circular one. Further disclosed are a cylindrical zinc-air battery without leakage and a method of manufacturing the same. In the manufacturing method, a gap between both opposite end portions of a cathode membrane is filled with a resin and fusion-bonded, thus preventing leakage of zinc gel.
