  • Publication number: 20080283699
Abstract: A stand for a drying gun supporting frame includes a body and a socket at 90 degrees to the body. A spherical valve is disposed in the body, and a connecting unit is provided at the top of the body. The socket has a threaded hole at one side to receive a manual screw therein so as to secure a balancing pipe thereat. The spherical valve disposed in the body comprises a ball, washers, a cap and a linking rod. The altitude of the spherical valve is lower than the center of the balancing pipe, which lowers the outlet of the drying gun and provides a steady operation of the drying gun.

  • Publication number: 20080230626
Abstract: A siphon type of drying gun includes an arc diverter disposed between an inner end surface in an accommodation space in a body of the gun and a flared hole. A rear cover having a flange is screwed into the body. An exhaustion gap is defined between the flange of the rear cover and the arc diverter. A front tapered hole in the rear cover corresponding to the arc diverter to guide the compressed air admitted into the exhaustion gap to flow by following the arc diverter and taking a turn into the flared hole so to produce siphon effects against ambient air to reduce noise level.

  • Patent number: 7340846
Abstract: A drying gun includes a chamber and a handle made integrated with the body of the gun, an arc diverter being disposed between an inner end of a rear hole inside the chamber and an exhaust hole; a plug being placed in the rear hole in the chamber; a narrow exhaust gap being defined between a front surface of the plug and the inner end of the rear hole; a front tapered hole inside the plug being disposed corresponding to the arc diverter; the compressed air admitted through the exhaust gap being first guided by the arc diverter to follow the arc to change its direction into the exhaust hole thus to produce siphon effect; and the body of the drying gun may be combined with diffusers in different configurations.

  • Publication number: 20070190285
Abstract: A combination structure is composed of a hard body having a hollow interior, at least one recess defined in one side of the hard body, a soft material filling in the at least one recess and at least one bulge emerged from the hard body. By filling the soft material inside the hard body and forming the bulge, the soft material is protected by the hard body from torque deformation and provides the anti-slide efficiency. A method for making the combination structure is to hold the hard body within a mold and inject soft material into the mold, thereby, the combination structure is achieved.

  • Publication number: 20070145740
Abstract: A connection assembly for pneumatic tool includes a first connector connected to the pneumatic tool and a spring is received in the passage so as to bias a seal member received in the passage. A nut is connected to the first connector and a sphere of a second connector is engaged with a chamber defined in the nut. The second connector includes an axial passage defined therethrough. The second connector can be rotated 360 degrees and tilted an angle relative to the nut. The seal member is in contact with the sphere by the spring so as to prevent leakage.

  • Patent number: 6763847
Abstract: An oil airless sucking machine that has features of easy control, smaller volume for carrying, and is suited to any size oil container. The machine has a three-way T-shaped nozzle carrier, which has a radial valve through-hole built as a valve buckle for a control valve cock fitting so as to construct a control valve. A non-home switch handle snaps on long tenons of the valve cock for spinning together, and by means of a friction force between a couple of O-rings located approaching both ends of the valve cock and the valve buckle, the non-home switch can be kept in any position for cut-in or off processes without needing to be held all the time during running. The dividable joint structure of the cap and the nozzle carrier makes changing different size oil tanks for working on different gear boxes easy.

  • Patent number: 6702203
Abstract: The present invention relates to a dual spray gun for painting and cleaning, and more particularly, to a combined tin and pipe dual spray gun for painting and cleaning, which can be used separately and independently, increasing working radius at will, and can be used in unitized construction, depending on the working environments. The present invention includes a T-shaped main body, which is connected with an air blow-gun at a back end, and connected to a blow head at a front end. A pipe is secured on a vertical sucking tap hole. A tank is connected on a tip end of the pipe to construct a combined tin and pipe structure. The tank can be connected on the T-shaped main body directly to construct a tin structure or the pipe can be connected on the T-shaped main body to construct a pipe structure. So the three structures can meet necessities of any working environment so that the working radius is extended infinitely.

  • Patent number: 6616069
Abstract: In a convertible blow and airless spray gun, separate attachments may be substituted at the end of a blowpipe coupled to a blowgun by means of a connection thread formed on the tip end of the blowpipe. The blowgun can be secured to a long extension blowpipe or to an airless spray adaptor to construct an airless spray cleaning or painting gun. By means of the suction generated by the high speed compressed air flow in an attached hose, liquid in a tank is sucked up to mix with the high speed air jet stream at the inside of a blow head to force an atomized cleaner or paint jet stream to blow out. A nozzle carrier rotates freely to allow the attached hose to hang beneath the air gun body, so as to provide for ease of operation of the gun.

  • Publication number: 20030145887
Abstract: The present invention relates to relates an airless oil header, and more especially to an oil airless sucking machine that has feathers of control easy and smaller volume for carryover, and can suit to any size oil container. The present invention has a three-way T-shaped nozzle carrier, which has a radial valve through-hole built as a valve buckle for a control valve cock fitting in so as to construct a control valve, a non-home switch handle snaps on the long tenons of said valve cock for spinning together, and by means of the friction force between a couple of O-rings located approaching the both ends of said valve cock and said valve buckle, said non-home switch can be kept in any position as turning for cut-in or off processes without needing to be held all the time during running. On the other hand, by the design of the dividable joint structure of said cap and the nozzle carrier, it makes change different size oil tanks for suiting to working on different gear box become true and easy and facility.
