The method incudes: collecting a first sequence of images of the continuous composite strip; splicing multiple images of the first sequence of images according to a collection sequence, to obtain a to-be-detected image with at least one electrode sheet structure; and marking, in case where two electrode sheet edges are identified in the to-be-detected image, a position of the collection-sequentially second electrode sheet edge in the continuous composite strip as an electrode sheet division position of the continuous composite strip. The method determines the electrode sheet division position by identifying the electrode sheet edges in the continuous composite strip, obtains the specific position information of the electrode sheet, and accurately performs the sheet division marking of the continuous composite strip.

    Abstract: Method, apparatus, and system for inspecting a cathode electrode plate of a composite material tape are provided. The method includes: using a camera apparatus to photograph a composite material tape being transported on a laminator to obtain an inspection image covering the composite material tape, where the inspection image includes a cathode electrode plate body region; extracting the cathode electrode plate body region from the inspection image; and inspecting the cathode electrode plate body region to determine a metal leakage defect existing in the cathode electrode plate body region. In the technical solution of the embodiments of this application, an inspection can be performed on a composite material tape being transported on a laminator, so that a metal leakage defect existing on a cathode electrode plate can be detected in real time in the production process of a laminated cell assembly.

    Abstract: Method and apparatus for detecting a defect on an insulation coating on a battery electrode plate are disclosed. The method includes: obtaining an electrode plate image obtained by photographing an electrode plate, where the electrode plate image includes at least one complete electrode plate; determining an insulation coating region and a tab region in the electrode plate image; determining a defect detection region in the insulation coating region in the electrode plate image based on the insulation coating region and the tab region; and performing defect detection on the defect detection region to obtain a defect detection result. The method implements detection on the insulation coating on the electrode plate before combination, and can detect whether a defect exists in the insulation coating region.
