    Abstract: A method for distributing an equity reward for federated learning based on an equity theory includes the following steps: applying Adams' equity theory to federated learning, analyzing, by a participant, all factors invested in a federated task comprehensively, then giving an expected reward for this task, calculating, by the task publisher, the reputation of the participant; participating, by the participant, in each round of a training task using a local data to evaluate data contribution, model contribution, and a waiting-time allowance of the participant, then combining contribution results of the three factors to evaluate the contribution of the participant; after a global model converges, dynamically adjusting weights of the three factors according to an objective function of the equity reward, with a goal that an actual reward of the participant is as close as possible to the expected reward, and obtaining and distributing the actual reward of the participant.

    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses an end-to-end stereo image compression method and device based on bi-directional coding, the method comprises: extracting inter-view information as prior from input left-view and right-view images by a neural network, sending the prior into left-view and right-view encoders simultaneously to jointly encode the input left-view and right-view images to generate left-view and right-view bit streams; and extracting inter-view information as the other prior from the generated left-view and right-view bit streams by the neural network, sending the other prior into left-view and right-view decoders simultaneously to jointly decode the left-view and right-view bit streams to generate reconstructed left-view and right-view images. The device comprises constructing a bi-directional coding structure for acquiring the bi-directional inter-view information and compress the stereo image based on the bi-directional inter-view information by the neural network.

    Abstract: Disclosed are the cation polymers capable of removing their positive charges in oxidative conditions, preparation methods, and applications as gene delivery carriers. The oxidation-responsive unit is the p-(boronic acid or ester)benzylammonium, which upon oxidation eliminates p-hydroxymethlphenol and thus converts in a tertiary amine. Compared with the prior art, different from a common quaternary amination carrier, the synthesized charge reversal type gene delivery carrier for oxidative response of the present invention has a large quantity of positive charges and can well coat a DNA, but the positive charges can be removed under the condition of intracellular oxidation when the charge reversal type gene delivery carrier enters a cell, a charge reverse is triggered, the positive charges turn to negative charges, and the DNA is quickly released for transfection. The carrier is efficient, low in toxicity, and good in application prospect.
