Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a SIM module management method and an electronic device, and relate to the field of electronic devices. A solution that supports an eSIM module is provided for an existing electronic device that supports dual SIM modules, so that the dual SIM modules are compatible with the eSIM module. The electronic device in the embodiments of this application may support three SIM modules. The three SIM modules include at least one eSIM module. The remaining two SIM modules may be both plug-in SIM modules, or may be one plug-in SIM module and one softSlM module. A user can arbitrarily select two SIM modules from the three SIM modules to be in online standby mode, or can arbitrarily select one SIM module from the three SIM modules to be in online standby mode.

Abstract: In a method for manufacturing a memory device, a plurality of first insulating layers and a bottom select gate (BSG) layer are formed over a substrate, where the first insulating layers are disposed between the substrate and the BSG layer. One or more first dielectric trenches are formed to pass through the BSG layer and the first insulating layers, and extend in a length direction of the substrate. A plurality of word line layers and a plurality of second insulating layers are formed over the BSG layer, where the second insulating layers are disposed between the BSG layer and the word line layers. One or more common source regions are formed over the substrate to extend in the length direction of the substrate, and further extend through the BSG layer, the first insulating layers, the word line layers, and the second insulating layers.

Abstract: The present disclosure is directed to MRI techniques. The techniques include occupying a central region of a first k-space with full sampling along a Cartesian trajectory, occupying a peripheral region of the first k-space with undersampling along a non-Cartesian trajectory; acquiring sensitivity distribution information of receiving coils; based on a sensitivity distribution chart, merging the Cartesian data of the central region according to multiple channels to obtain a third k-space; based on the sensitivity distribution chart, applying parallel imaging and compressed sensing to the undersampled non-Cartesian trajectory to reconstruct an image, obtaining a second k-space by transformation, and when the second k-space and third k-space are synthesized, using a central region of the second k-space to replace the third k-space of a corresponding region to obtain a k-space suitable for image reconstruction.

Abstract: An image compression method includes: obtaining a target image and a target code rate corresponding to the target image; determining a first code rate parameter corresponding to the target code rate; and inputting the target image and the first code rate parameter into an image compression model, that has been trained, for processing to obtain a compressed image with the target code rate, wherein the image compression model is obtained by training an initial image compression model based on multiple code rate parameters including the first code rate parameter.

The method includes receiving, at a wireless terminal from a network node, an uplink cancellation indication. The method further includes determining, at the wireless terminal, an allocation of a reference uplink resources comprising a plurality of uplink time-frequency resources; and determining, by the wireless terminal, one or more of the plurality of uplink time-frequency resources to cancel according to the uplink cancellation indication. The method further includes cancelling, by the wireless terminal based on the uplink cancellation indication, an uplink transmission on the determined one or more of the plurality of uplink time-frequency resources.

The method includes: obtaining an image of a part; extracting a feature from the image using a machine learning model, identifying a type of surface defect on the basis of the feature to obtain an identification result; and determining whether to replace the part on the basis of the identification result and a predetermined standard of the part. The method reduces the difficulty of detecting a part, can accurately identify a surface defect of the part and determine whether the part needs to be replaced, thereby improving the work efficiency, and shortens the time for mechanical equipment to stop operating for maintenance, thus improving the operating efficiency of the mechanical equipment. The method is automatically executed by a computer, thereby avoiding manually checking errors, improving the accuracy of detection results, and thus improving the reliability of operation of the mechanical equipment.

Abstract: Feature importance is critical to understanding how predictive models produce accurate results, and can change significantly for different models. The present invention is used to achieve a good ranking for stable feature importance. An optimized technique is presented which considers feature importance value variation within different groups of cross-trained models. Feature importance is computed for all group models with this optimized method, and then a best set of models can be selected based on classification error as well as optimized stable feature importance values.
