    Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a voice signal output method and an electronic device. The method includes: generating a first voice signal as an interfering signal based on a downlink voice signal; generating a second voice signal by performing delay processing on the downlink voice signal, where the second voice signal has a same delay as the first voice signal; and at a same output time, outputting the second voice signal using a first sound production assembly close to a human ear, and outputting the first voice signal using a second sound production assembly far from the human ear. This masks the downlink voice signal with the interfering signal, preventing others from clearly hearing the call content of the user and protecting user privacy.

The random access procedure configuration may include a rule pertaining to whether RACH messages may be transmitted over multiple carriers, a mapping of multiple of RACH occasions to at least one SSB index, and a repetition number that indicates a quantity of RACH message repetitions for transmission by the UE. The UE may transmit the quantity of RACH message repetitions based on the mapping. The quantity of RACH messages may be transmitted over one carrier or over the multiple carriers of the set of carriers based on the rule.

    Abstract: A preparation method of a carbon-free Fe7Se8-based electrode material for Na+-storage anode and its application are provided. The presented method includes: dissolving ferric chloride and ammonium dihydrogen phosphate in deionized water at a room temperature, then stirring and transferring into an autoclave to perform the hydrothermal reaction, obtaining a spindle-shaped Fe2O3 after washing and drying processes; grinding and mixing the prepared Fe2O3 with a selenium powder combined with the sodium hypophosphite hydrate, which are placed in the different regions of a tube furnace. After heating treatment, the Fe7Se8/Fe3 (PO4)2 Na+-storage anode is obtained. The material prepared by the proposed method is applied as a highly efficient Na+-storage anode with long cycle stability and high-rate performance, effectively avoiding the crushing of active components caused by the large volume expansion of the electrode in the charging/discharging process, and improving the cycle life of the battery.

    Abstract: Disclosed are a staircase matrix code and a highly parallel low-latency ordered statistics decoding (OSD) method thereof. Based on the special staircase structure, special highly parallel low-latency OSD can be employed to decode the staircase matrix code. Specifically, at least one reliable bit is selected from bits corresponding to each staircase to constitute an extended reliable basis, then a corresponding generator matrix or parity-check matrix has an upper triangular or lower triangular structure. Under the special triangular structure, parallel Gaussian elimination of all rows can be implemented, and then re-encoding and the like are executed to complete decoding.
